The rat is a fair swap with your dog. Value wise, they're overpaying with the late 2009 rare sitting cat and the 2014 store pet (which is worth a late 2009 rare/early 2010 rare). The other pets don't really matter here

I'd say they're overpaying, personally. None of those items are particularly rare, and none of them are from 2009. I don't believe they're from 2010 either.

Bid 4 is worth 2 mid 2009 rares+late 2009 uncommon
Bid 8 is worth 4 late 2009 rares (the tigers are worth a late 2010 rare each)
Bid 9 is worth two early 2009 rares
Bid 8 is the best out of these
