Is this fair? I know it's very unfair to them rarity wise, but does their side have any list value or something, or is it just a regular '09 very rare? I'm very confused about this one.

It's a normal very rare, so the fairness of this trade would depend on how you value warrior cats. If you value each of them as a mid 2010 rare, then this would be fair
