What are neglected dragons good for? That sounds horrible LOL

They are EXTREMELY rare, because they aren't found naturally, and can't bred. The method for acquiring one is very very hard, for most of the time if its successful, you wont have long before the egg or hatchling dies, and most of the time the transformation itself is a failure, the egg hatches, dies, or the hatchling dies.

The method is challenging enough for there to be guides on how to do it.
