Honeystar had brought most of her clan with her, save for Duckpelt, her kits, Alderclaw, and Crowcloud who wanted to ensure their health and safety. As Briarwhisker and Dawnstorm had never been to a Gathering before, she had explained the basics, which included not starting a feud with another clan.

Honeystar watched as her clanmates dispersed before padding up to the Speaker's Rock. She jumped up easily, and looked around for someone to talk to. She needed to hear about Streamclan.

Few cats had entered the clearing, and Birchnose was bored. She wanted to talk. But with whom? She padded over to where the deputies usually met and waited.

Acornstream wondered where everyone was. Or maybe he was just early. Very early. But regardless, he was bored. He considered trying to sleep before recognizing the terrible idea that it was.

Briarwhisker and Dawnstorm| tags: open
For some odd reason, Dawnstorm had decided to attach himself to Briarwhisker, and she was not happy. She decided to try and ignore him the whole time...which was hard to do because of his talkative nature.

"Do you know anyone?"

"No."

"Do you know anyone from another clan?"

"No."

"What are we supposed to do here, again?"

"Talk."

"To?"

"Anyone but you!"

Dawnstorm glared at Briarwhisker, whose whiskers twitched with laughter at his expression. "That's not nice!"

"It wasn't meant to be!" laughed Briarwhisker, finally giving up.

Were there any apprentices? Applepaw hoped to see some of the apprentices he had met from last time. But virtually no one was there yet. He paced, hoping to meet someone. Anyone.

The two she-cats happily padded into the clearing. Breezeclaw was in a particularly good mood today because of her recent warrior ceremony, and Heatherpaw was just glad to be at another Gathering. Although their mothers were somewhat at odds with each other, the young she-cats enjoyed each other's company. Away from Frigidrose for once, Breezeclaw was determined to have a good time.

Dewpaw held both his head and tail low as he slowly followed his sister and her friend - at a reasonable distance - into the clearing. It was his first Gathering, but he wasn't going to be able to enjoy it, not with Russetpaw here. Unsure of what to do with himself, he slunk off to the edge of the clearing, away from the crowd.

"Great StarClan, it's huge!" Russetpaw breathed, gaping at the sight of the clearing. There were cats everywhere. She felt a sudden, slight tinge of fear, but quickly pushed it away. She couldn't be scared, not now! Not when there were so many cats to meet! "Do you think we can make a couple friends here?" she asked Ivypaw. The tortoiseshell tabby shrugged. "I guess. Knowing you, we're bound to make at least ten friends," she giggled.

The skinny leader was now padding towards a place called ' the gather place. ' He had heard it was where clans meet every moon to tell what is happening in their clan life. The tom felt his eagle feather around his right ear as he started to look at the pretty leaves of Leaf-fall. Leaf-fall was always his favorite season. Not too hot nor too cold. His pads crushed the colorful leaves under him as he kept walking towards the place. He can't wait to meet the other clans.

After a long walk and a few rests, the tom was finally at the gathering. The moment he got there, he saw a few cats he haven't seen before in his life. Maybe this will be his chance to meet some other clans and make some allies. The swift tom quickly leap onto the huge rock before him and meowed to the other leaders `` Hello there my fellow cats. ``

The two she-cats sat together at the edge of the clearing to keep an eye on the apprentices. Mistpaw was almost a warrior so they weren't all that worried about her. Her mentor Chiveclaw had told them Mistpaw was ready to go to the gathering without him so Rowanfur and Dappleleaf focused their attention on the younger two.

Mistpaw, Tigerpaw, Poppypaw

The three apprentices bounded enthusiastically into the gathering place, excitement buzzing through their fur. Tigerpaw padded next to Mistpaw, telling the pretty molly about the last gathering he'd been to. The tortoiseshell she-cat was listening intently, interest flashing through her eyes. "You said his name was Applepaw? I hope he's here. I'd love to meet an apprentice from another clan." She glanced around curiously. Tigerpaw nodded in agreement, craning his head to look for the tom.
Meanwhile, Poppypaw wasn't paying all that much attention, her mind wandering to that cute apprentice who'd bumped into her. Was he going to be here? She hoped so.

"hawknose and crowfur will be the warriors coming. fluffyberry you will stay back and protect stormdapple." willowstar announced from the grand birch. the two warriors coming to the gathering quickly came to meet up with their leader, maplewhisker and brackenheart and soon enough they set off to the gathering place. they were all super excited to finally meet cats from other clans and chat with them.

Skystar - Female - Leader - With: Greypool - Feeling: Lonely

The pretty white she-cat padded out from the bushes, with a fluffy grey tom following her. This would be her first time visiting the gathering as an actual clan, now that Skyclan had a medicine cat. Skystar's eyes narrowed as most of the other cats avoided her and her medicine cat. It's not like they were any harm. In reality, she only wanted someone to talk to. She hadn't been able to talk to anyone else but Greypool, and he seemed like he even wanted to break away too.

The grey tom cautiously followed Skystar, watching as the she-cat picked her way out of the bushes. This would be his first gathering, and he didn't like it at all. Greypool watched the ground as the cats seemed to move out of the way for them. Why didn't they want to meet him and Skystar? Did they do something wrong? He couldn't think of anything, so he decided to keep walking, but slowly. The medicine cat had been stuck in camp for a while, and the two were getting tired of useless conversations.

Acornstream saw two young mollies that looked like mentor and apprentice. Or were they siblings? He padded over to them. "Hello there," he said. "I'm Acornstream of Forestclan. And you are?"

Dawnstorm spotted a cat, standing alone. "C'mon!" he said. Briarwhisker groaned but followed.

"Hello!" said Dawnstorm. "I'm Dawnstorm and this is Briarwhisker. Who're you?"

Applepaw saw the apprentices as they came. He bounded over to two mollies, excited to meet new cats. "Hi!" he exclaimed. "How are you?" As he was looking around, he spotted some apprentices who looked familiar, especially the tom. With a flash, he remembered the name. "Tigerpaw! Com here! How are you?" he called.

once the clan arrived everybody started to mingle. willowstar went up to chat with the leaders, maplewhisker went with the deputies, brackenheart met up with the medicine cats and the two warriors started to look for some other cats to talk to.

willowstar decided to go talk with some other leaders. she saw a tom nearby and went to talk with him. "hello, im willowstar of sedgeclan. we are fairly new to clan life and we hope to make some friends within the other clans soon." she introduced herself hoping he'd reply to her.

Minnowstar travelled to the gathering with Custard, the warrior sent to CraterClan by StarClan. Minnowstar knew nothing of the other clans, and he was quite impatient to meet them. He knew that it was very close to Leaf-Bare now, and so Minnow didn't mind taking Custard, for the more cats, the warmer it would be.

As they went, Minnowstar thought of ideas for Custard's warrior name. The one that stood out to him was Heathersway, named for her light ginger pelt and the fallen leaf that had gotten in his eyes before he saw her face. He wasn't going to change her name just yet, though, as Minnowstar wanted Custard to settle into the clan first.
