No, definitely not. What they are asking for is greedy demand.
The pps lion isn't even worth one of the lowest advent list pets, and you have a high and also good demand bat dog from the September list on your side plus all the other stuff.
The chesire alone is overpay rarity wise, especially since it won't ever get rereleased. The chesire alone can also fetch low-mid advent lists, so it alone would be already fair in my opinion.
I mean you can value the lion where you want because like you said, everyone can value the demand of their pets differently but this is just out of any sense.
I'd personally never trade that much for a pet that will get rereleased every year and that is just worth another 2012 vr, and I'd highly suggest you to remove at least the purple batdog

I agree with Alina. Personally, I think the Elemental Malk Cat, which has good, healthy demand is already fair for the PPS Lion, considering it's not on the List and, like Alina said, just another 2012 rare which is re-released every year.

I don't think it is fair personally, because;
As the red rose pps is a main list and although they are offering the ur ice cat, the cheshire has very high demand which may even lead to be worth more than the ur ice cat. The two bunnies don't help the trade more balanced either.

A red rose pps is worth 11 mid advents. The ice cat is worth about just over 34. The bunnies are both mid advents. The cheshire can go for one with popularity. So unfair to the ice cat.

Value wise, yes. A tier 5 advent is worth 75C$. The other pets and items don't make a difference here
I'd personally keep the cat because it'd be very hard for you to get one back with C$.
