Very unfair to you. Your lion is a rerelease from '10, and their side doesn't even add up to a '13 rare.

So this might take a while but I'll add all the items in worth:
• leopard plushie/red rose = early 09 rare/VR
• love hearts = mid 09 rare
• Cupid plushie = around 10/ late 09 rare

~ additional C$ worth (all other items but mentioned above):
• about 610C$

Neither the C$ nor the new store pets add up to the items on your side. They'd have to add around 300-400C$ for it to be around fair. ^^
I valued each item at an uncommon from its release year and the C$ worth according to that, as well as the store worth of those items available in the store
