Zonkey = 1 non (as you value it there)
The other pets on their side roughly add up to 1 sorbet.
A non equals 3 sorbets so they'd have to add 1 non and 2 sorbets as your Dogtag is worth 3 Nons.

Thought I heard that these cats can go for low-mid advent lists, I wouldn't accept this. The Hollyfox has good demand as well and beside that their cat is only worth an early 09 rare so you'd be overpaying by about 8x the real value of the cat.

Even though the first bid may be overpay rarity and demand wise, as the flower pot has been going for fairer trades than the pineapple, in my opinion, it still doesn't have "good" demand.
The second trade may be underpay but I've seen many pineapples going for sorbets as they are dogs and easier to trade off, though they only go for around fair trades.
If you're looking for something that's easier to trade off afterwards, I'd definitely go for the second trade. If you, however, want to keep the flowerpot, then go for that trade. It's honestly up to your preference ^^
You might even want to wait or auction the pineapple off as you might get a better offer
