Mudkit gave a small bounce, nodding enthusiastically."Yeah! That would help!"she stopped as she heard his reply."Then why are you here?"

Tigerstrike grinned. "That's true! Oakstorm could never settle down." She curled her tail around her paws, remembering how excited they were when they became apprentices.

Sunkit looked up at Ashpelt. "M-maybe he's just misunderstood?" he meowed to Mudkit. He stared up at Ashpelt's clawed eyes.

"I bet starclan themselves couldn't make that tom calm down, but its not bad. Hes really determined to do the best for his clan, which is good."Willowsong knew that most cats wanted to serve their clan, but it seemed that it was harder to find loyalty these days.

Mudkit looked at Sunkit and nodded."Yeah, maybe. Does that mean Hollypaw is misunderstood too?"she asked, remembering the apprentice.

Tigerstrike nodded. "Look at that." She gestured to the two kits sniffing at Ashpelt. "Isn't that new?"

Sunkit glanced back at Mudkit. "I dunno, maybe." He sat down, drawing a paw over his ears.

"I think their safe. Ashpelt would no better then to attack kits when he is in the camp."Willowsong didn't mention the tom was blind as she didn't feel it was needed.

Mudkit tilted her head to the side."Perhaps some cats just get really angry and don't know how to express it!"

Tiger padded through the woods on the clan territory,not bothering to scent for any cats

Heather was in a hollow tree. Not far off where the limp bodies of his parents, killed by foxes. He let out a small weak mewl as he lifted his head, gazing around.

Tigerstrike nodded and stood up. "I'm gonna go for a walk. Do you want to come? It might be the last one you'll have."

"Me too!" Sunkit puffed his chest out as well, trying to imitate Mudkit. "We'll be the best warriors!"
