Harepaw twitched in her sleep, chasing a rabbit in her dream. When she got close enough, she pounced, her legs stretching out in not just her dream but her next as well. Her brother let out a yelp as her kick landed on his nose, pulling Harepaw out of her slumber. She quickly apologized then headed out of the den, surprised to see how long she had slept. I guess I shouldn't have stayed up so late, she thought, shrugging then heading over to the fresh kill pile.

Copperpaw stretched his legs in front of himself and watched his sister pad out into camp. With a sigh and a sore nose he followed, choosing to sit in the sun and look around camp rather than head straight to eating. Like every other day, the young tom examined the other cats in the camp, trying to find somecat to talk to.

As a morning cat herself, Springrunner had been up for a long while. She trotted happily into camp, her catch from the morning hanging in her jaws. She dropped it off on the fresh kill pile, then sat down to groom her fur. The warrior still had plenty of energy and glanced up, hoping to see a patrol forming that she could join.

Oakflight sat in a corner of camp, grumbling under his breath. He considered grooming himself, but his unruly fur wouldn't cooperate anyway. He decided his best option was to just sit until some cat needed him for a patrol.
