Kai truddged along, not noticing anything as usual, he had left his mum and dad, and was now heading up. Suddenly, not far ahead, there was a movement, perhaps just the wind? No, It was bright blue. He kept queit, suspicously keeping his head low, walking slowly to the other blue serenche. Female. he ran over to it, no problem in introducing his self.
"hi?" he spoke, soon wondering where she came from. He kept his distance though.

Soundless stopped dead, listening as he watched kai trudge off. he smiled, but then frowned again as he turned too Fallen. "I heard it alright... perhaps the wind?" He turned to the sound was coming from. It wasnt the wind. He could sense it was something diffrent.

Fallen flicked her ears back. "I don't think that's it..." she whispered. "There's something else, a serenche, prey... Or maybe a... hunter?" she whispered the word hunter, her eyes wide. She didn't want to believe it. They hadn't been bothered with hunters in a long while now, why would they appear now? No, it wasn't possible. How could it be? "No, it can't be a hunter... Surely?" she whispered, frozen to the ground, not daring to move anywhere.

Aurora stopped and looked at the other Serenche, "Hello?" tears continued to roll down her cheeks. She stepped back and sniffed the air, not an enemy... she thought. Her fur was blown in the wind and fell over her eyes, she shook herself and looked at her bracelet then straight back at the Serenche.

Kai stopped, still quiet far back, looking at the other serenche closely. He had not seen her before, probley new? He took anouther step forward, waiting for her to speak again. "Im Kai..." He stopped, maybe he shouldnt have told her? She was new, a stranger, perhaps not friendly? he could not tell, so stood, waiting.

Soundless's eyes where watering beneath the old, not tattered cloth covering his eyes. He waited, shivering at the slightest noise, no, not a hunter? please, he hoped, his paws clenching the earth beneath him, no, not again, he thought...

"Hello, I am Aurora." she spoke, she stepped forward, this Serenche seemed friendly enough. She was new and did not know who to trust yet. She tilted her head and smiled, wiping the tears away from her eyes. She took another step forward, she stayed her distance, not wanting to scare the other Serenche.

Fallen sniffed the air, catching a scent of a female serenche. She smiled, soon scenting Kai nearby as well. "Nothing to worry about. I think it's just Kai who found a new friend for himself." she said and smiled, looking at Soundless. "He will be fine with her, I'm sure." she said and grinned. "Seems like we are all alone again, then..." she said and sighed, looking out over the ocean. What was out there? She wondered, but didn't have the right answer. She sighed and licked her paw, the salty taste of the water making her wrinkle her nose.

Soundless grinned as he also too scent the female. "Perhaps a new friend?" He grinned, closeing up closer to Fallen. "I wonder how far the sea actually travels" he said, sniffing the salty sea airt as it wriggled up his throat. "I wonder how long it lasts and who is out there...." Soundless wrapped his tail around fallen, warming up after the slight breeze of the salty sea air ruffled his fur.

"Hi Aurora.." Kai smiled, standing and smileing, he stood upright, grinning he spoke; "Im actually Mailcai, but you can call me Kai, I come from a family of 5, You knew here?" He tried not to sound rude. His fur bristled, making him look much larger and taller than he actually was.

"Hi Kai, yes I am new, I live by the sea and came for a walk..." she trailed off as she remembered what happened, tears fell down her cheeks as she recalled what happened. She looked at her charm bracelet and held it to her chest, "I'm sorry." Aurora called. She lay down and cried to herself, her fur wet from her tears. Her tail dropped to the ground and she wrapped it around herself.

Kai stopped dead in silence, feeling sorry for the female serenche. "awwwee. Im so sorry.." He whispered, trailing into silence, he felt dorry for this serenche, and was upset that he had reminded her of her past. He had hadf a lucky past, all of his family surviving, hoping that thye all did survive, which he was sure of, he walked to anouther tree, a sniff, a claw and a bite, out came a mouse, a crimson one, blood dripping from his claws, he handed it to the other serenche awkwardsly, wondering if she would take it. It was lucky that it was that easy toi catch, usualy it would be a wild goose chase before he got anywhere near.

Fallen smiled and leaned at Soundless. "maybe more than a new friend?" she said, joking a bit. She grinned and looked out over the ocean, asking herself the question that Soundless asked. "I don't know... But one day, I will go there. Fly to the end of the world, if I have to." she whispered, a dreamy look in her eyes. She sighed and looked at her paws. She gave a quick lick to the place where she had been injured earlier, the wound almost not showing. She smiled at Soundless and continued to gaze out over the ocean.
