With the cerberus set demand is a really.. really tough case
To be honest personally I wouldn't
Their offer is obviously crazy overpay but lately in and out of auctions I've seen the two cerberi go for prices around 3 nons for the orange one and 2 nons for the red .. Oof, pretty heavy overpay isn't it? Even I have tried to offer on them for a while but a non and a half value has constantly been rejected on the red one. Over. And over again
Truth be told it is your decision in the end and demand is VERY opinionated
Meaning different people see demand differently depending on the people they trade with and their personal experience and tastes
The offer is good I'm just saying waiting to see if you get anything better or putting them up for auction would not be a terrible idea if you're looking to make the most from them

I'd say this is more than fair! They're offering you 3 nons (depending on how you value the BEG) and a mix of other list pets and in my experience typically I see cerb sets go for around a non+ but get a second opinion!
