Prism Keepers are large weasel type creatures with horns made out of prisms that grow out of their skulls, thus leading to the name they were given. They seem to have a tendency to collect stars and tie them around their bodies, most commonly seen around their legs and tails. These stars are generally their family's mark and are passed down generations. Prism Keepers have long, rat-like tails and fluffy ears. Their tails are prehensile, but aren't normally very strong and can only lift things up to 10 lbs in weight.
Prism Keepers are Omnivores, but can live on vegan or meat-only diets. They are very highly intelligent and have been observed to express emotions very similar to that of a human. PKs are able to understand human speech, but are unable to mimic it. However, they do seem to have an advanced way of communication and appear to be able to convey complex thoughts amongst each other.
Prism Keepers often seek companionship, be it mates or friends, they don't discriminate. There have been observed cases of same-sex couples bearing offspring. They also seem to be expressive of gender and other more "human" concepts.
- Rules:
- No minimodding, staff will take care of any questions or problems.
- Marking the thread is allowed, but do not make posts that do not apply to the species.
- Do not spam. If you have an unanswered question, you may quote it every 5 pages.
- You may own 40 prism keepers at maximum

- Customs may be purchased, there are certain prices for each rarity.
- You may trade your Prism Keepers, but only for other Prism Keepers.
- When trading or gifting PKs, please inform the Archivist.
- Do not steal Prism Keepers that do not belong to you!
- Prism Keepers that are related may not breed or be mated.
- Adult PKs and Child PKs may not be mated together under any circumstances.
Nursery Rules:
- Prism Keepers may breed a maximum of 4 times in their lifespan.
- Prism Keepers don't mate for life. They can breed outside of mateships, so OOC breedings are allowed.
- Kits may be grown after 3 weeks!
- Kits must be adults for at least 1 week before they can breed.
- You may only breed Prism Keepers with Prism Keepers.
- You may only breed Prism Keepers you own, unless your partner agrees to the breeding.
- Same sex couples are allowed, so are poly relationships of up to 4 !
- All users have a 10 day breeding cooldown.
- ONLY POST FORMS IF AN ARTIST OPENS SLOTS.
