Larson leaped, biting down onto the sparrow's spine. He lifted it up and made his way over to Midnight's den, thinking he could repay her for letting him eat there. He crawled underneath a bramble thicket and emerged in the small clearing where Midnight's den was. "Hello?"

She nodded and got to her paws. "Ok." Was all she said before walking over to the warriors den.

Midnight heard another's cat voice and at first she panicked. She couldn't fight in her condition! Luckily, as she scented the air, she recognized Larson."Larson!"she called to the tom."Would you mind fetching me a stick?"she asked, finding the pain to be almost unbearable.

"U-uh, sure!" Larson replied, dropping the sparrow and running off, coming back with a large stick. He padded to the entrance of the den before dropping the stick in front of Midnight. "Y-you're kitting!"

"Yeah im kitting! What does it look like!"Midnight snapped, instantly feeling guilty."Sorry about snapping. Its hard to stay calm though. I have no experience with this and the pain is awful!"she gratefully grabbed the stick."Thanks."

He padded off after Orchidfeather walked away. He walked to the stream to get a drink of water, and bent down at the edge of it, lapping up the crystal water. He noticed two movements in the corner of his eye, and he felt his hackles rise as he spun around to face whatever it was.
