About Feli

Feli [plural form of "Felus"] are cat-like creatures about two feet tall on average. Although their high level of intelligence is unique, they are most recognized for their tails. Flame-like in appearance, they flow and glow in vibrant colors. Despite being reminiscent to fire, their tails are harmless, and are silky and liquidy to the touch.

An important night?:
Eye carefully scanned the charts in front of her, watching for any irregularities in the stars. It was long, monotonous work, but she enjoyed it, right down to the sleepless nights and mess of coffee and notepads containing conversion charts and scribbled with notes on possible planets. She never felt alone when she was watching the stars and planets, even in the complete silence of the room. She pushed some of hr mane out of her eyes, looking away from the charts to find something to tie it up with. When she found it and looked back, she noticed a tiny inconsistency in the data. Comparing it with the charts, she found that it was a planet.
After double and triple checking the database, she sat back, trying to decide what to call her newfound planet.
Swelling with pride, she registered the planet under the name "Brigid", a Celtic goddess.

An important night?: it was nina's first time out at the grand canyon, she was quite young her and her father went out to try and see if they could see the galaxy. she was confused at first, asking hundreds of questions about how it was possible that you could see your own galaxy. after getting the answers she wanted, she glanced a tiny degree to the left, and there it was. it was the most spectacular sight she had ever seen in her entire life, it was the milky way's arm. it was almost as if this was another reality, but no, nina looked up and was dumfounded by the art piece painted all over the sky. at that time, nina had no idea that that night was going to be the foundation of her astronomy career, but the future left her alone in that silent moment and allowed her to appreciate what the universe can really look like to a small, insignificant little girl.

Kora placed down the camera on the grass. She then sat down, and waited. "It should happen any moment now..." She spoke, pressing the record button on her camera. Suddenly, stars shot in the sky, and an aurora illuminated the night. Kora gazed in awe as colorful ribbons danced in the sky, along with comets shooting across one another. "This was not in my predictions..." She whispered, laying down and gazing at the colorful sky.

Luna was sitting down in the cool grass as a gental breeze ruffled her fur, her gaze turned to the setting sun, the sky looked like it had caught on fire as blazing colors painted the horizon. She had waited for hours here in this meadow, her tailed curled neatly around her as she sat. What was she waiting for? Luna didn't even know, something had told her to wait here, it urged her and Luna had given in. The sky now started to fade to black and she spotted the first star. Luna closed her eyes and whispered, "I wish that I had someone who cared for me." When Luna opened her eyes again, she was surprised to see numerous stars darting across the sky. She smiled to herself, "maybe it's a sign." She said turning away and returning to the forest.
