[Lady B]

Mint's attention was drawn to a she-cat in the garden next to him, ginger and white, small and neat. ( Lyta )He stood up, his silky black fur flowing down his slender flanks and let out a small, plaintive meow, seeing if she was friendly, really. The silver bells on his turquoise leather collar jingled as he shifted to see his potential neighbour better.

[Wild Mothman]

Lyta lifted her head at the sound of bells, and a meow. the ginger and white cat padded forward to get a good look at the new neighbor.
"You must be new here as i have never seen you around here before" She said, after dropping the toy mouse. "i'm Lyta"

[Lady B]

Mint hopped down from the rooftop and onto the neat wooden fence, then finally into the same yard as Lyta. He landed gracefully on light black paws, and dipped his head to the ginger-speckled female. "Yes, my humans moved here a week ago, I suppose. My name is Mint." he purred, licking a glossy black shoulder.

[Wild Mothman]

"Come on, i'll show you the neigborhood if you want" Lyta asked, slowly blinking her green eyes.
Not waiting for a reply, she jumped up onto the fence

[Lady B]

Mint easily leaped onto the fence, enthusiastically following Lyta. "That would be awesome, thanks!" he purred, twitching the tip of his thick, fluffy jet black tail.

[Wild Mothman]

Lyta headed along the fence to where River was sitting
"Morning, River" Lyta said,

"Greetings, Lyta and new cat" River replied, gaze unmoving from the forest.

Lyta was about to introduce River to Mint when Kaylee came out of the house and into the Garden

"Hey Lyta, showing the new cat around?" The little calico asked.

[Lady B]

Mint smiled, his pearly teeth flashing and handsome face lighting up. He dipped his head to both River and Kaylee, saying, "My name's Mint, ladies, may I have each of your names?" he purred, always the charmer.

[Wild Mothman]

"Well i'm Kaylee, and the blue moon brain on the fence is my sister, River" Kaylee purred,

River didn't acknowlage the insult, she had stopped listening as soon as Mint had said his name.

"River is a little bit strange, if you catch my drift" Lyta replied as she carried on to the next fence, The one that River and Kaylee shared with Bluebell.

[Lady B]

Mint chuckled, flicking Lyta on the hip with the tip of his tail. "I got your drift.." he mewed, smiling and nodding to Kaylee. "Pleased to meet you." he purred, "I hope we can all be friends and all that, you guys seem okay."

[horchata]

Stormclaw ran through the trees and into the open. He jumped up onto the fence beside River. "Hi." He mewed.
