My shiny rate is actually like, 1/260 rn I think. It's been 250 usually but after not finding any shinies for 3 weeks it's gone up. So you're actually lucky with 1/200. c:
I just hatch many eggs every single day haha.

The exchange was over christmas iirc. You could submit a pokemon of yours into the exchange, and you'd be guaranteed to get back a pokemon of the same rarity. So like, if you submitted a shiny uncommon pokemon, you'd get back a different shiny uncommon pokemon! It's not a new thing, just happens once a year.

They do have a mobile version! You can't do everything there (like you can't battle), but you can do most things!
