As the title and the artwork itself entails, we're going ice skating this weekend! ^^

Recently I've been really interested in figure skating and have decided to take it on as a challenge and hobby,
my mom has offered to help me out and she's even going to teach me the art of the hockey stop and backwards skating!

i skate in a class. That really helps because there are other people learning like you, so i suggest that! anyways, good luck!

Whoa, I'm back from skating! I didn't think I'd get so much feedback on this drawing! ^^
Thanks to everyone who wished me luck, I did a lot better than we all expected (i.e I didn't hug the wall the whole time)

I'll be heading back to the rink tomorrow and my official lessons start next Tuesday! If all goes well I'm hoping I'll be able to do jumps (however good they may be) by the end of the year!
