I'd wish for a Skarmory lmao. Pineco is my curse, hatched 3 of those.
Been able to find a couple mareep hanging around, as well as one larvitar, but still no skarmory or miltank. Did evolve my togepi today, though! Time to walk my Chikorita!

I'm a bit surprised that my city is no longer a massive swinub nest. In fact, I haven't seen a single swinub in several days now at least. I mean, I don't particularly mind, but usually such pokemon (cough drowzee cough) tend to stay around for much longer.

Users are theorizing that Swinub is seasonal.

I've found a few Skarmory, but absolutrly no sign of Mareep or Larvitar. ._.

I kind of feel like Sudowudo should be a 5k egg, tbh.

I haven't hatched any sudowoodo, but I have caught a good... 6 of them in the wild? Which is pretty common for a 10km egg mon. Considering I've only ever seen 1 lapras in the wild, and 0 snorlax.

Murkrow seem to be pretty common in my city now. Don't know if they are like that everywhere else, but I'm not even catching every single one of them that I see anymore, and I have well over 200 candies now (and many have already been used for powering up).

And you'll probably hatch a Skarmory or Gligar lol. Well, I hope you get something cool from it. I'm still waiting for an Aerodactyl hatch, though I wouldn't mind a few more Dratinis. Miltank, Larvitar, and Mareep would be nice hatches, too.

I got a 500 CP Gligar with a normal pokeball.... Please explain that somebody.

Also I hatched a Gastly out of a 5k and I'm new to IV's so could someone tell me the IV of my Gastly, I Appraised it and these are the positive things I got.

Overall, your Gastly is a wonder! What a breathtaking pokemon! Its stats exceed my calculations. It's incredible!

Is that 100% IV?

Murkrow are really common here, It's gotten so bad I see one on the nearby and sightings every time I log on! Well, not really XD But their pretty common when I go to find Eevee's >.>

It is only 100% if it tells you the highest stat is all 3 (Atk, Def and HP) in a row. Otherwise if it only mentions one stat exceeds/the best/blown away then that one stat is 15 (aka max).

I actually have three 100% IVs, aside from the kingdra and gyarados i've also got an omastar as well appropriately dubbed Lord Helix :p

I'm level 31, caught so many Pokemon and don't own a single 100% one yet. ಠ_ಠ

btw, that game loves to make fun of me.
After all this time I finally caught my first Snorlax two days ago. Today, I hatched one from an egg. What.
(At least he's got 98% IV, so I'll power him up anyway.)

I guess we're just lucky? She's got one more perfect IV than me but still... then again I'm unlucky in another way, almost every single pokemon I catch in the wild with good IV's will end up being really low level forcing me to spend loads of dust to be able to use it.

Examples :
86.7% IV Chansey level 7 ( 800 dust cost to power up )
100% IV Horsea level 1
100% IV Rattata level 1
97.8% IV Magikarp level 10

That's my luck with the randomness keeping my stardust rather low trying to power them up.

I've also just put a snorlax as my buddy to power up my Snorlax that's 89% IV and currently at 2572 CP!
Grats at getting one with 98% though, that's going to be a beast in gyms.

I don't think Pokemon GO has any seasonal spawns right now, the only thing that matters is the country/continent and the biome you're in.
Most spawns have set rarities in the biome that they spawn in but from what people have been posting it looks like Swinub is the odd one out where it's common in some places (around here) and rare in other places.
If you're looking for Swinub make sure you're in an area that mainly spawns Shellder, Seel, Jynx and possibly also Drowzee which are reported to spawn in the same biome.
I also don't understand why they made Skarmory quite rare when it's not that good and why they made Mareep extremely rare to the point where a lot of people still haven't seen one while in the main games they're super common?
What you get from 10k eggs to me should be about how powerful they are because walking 10k to get something (semi) useless makes me feel like I've wasted a lot of time and energy.

There's also a ton of Murkrow around here and that's honestly not so bad, you can work on the dark catching badge and prepare for when they add Honchkrow which I think will be a decent dark type attacker. I know that's only in gen 4 but spawns might change in gen 3 and gen 4 possibly making it harder to get.
