How do I convince my parents to let me have a rabbit? And is a small Kaytee cage attached to a large dog run okay? I was just going to keep the food and litter box in the Kaytee cage so hay, poop, And food does not get everywhere :)

You could write an essay, do chores/work to prove your responsible, and make sure your parents think you know a lot about rabbits. Also a dog run and a small Katie cage will work, if you want to show your rabbit you should buy a piece of fabric to pose it on

How much hay would a couple of rabbits eat in a month?
My local feed store has pellets for $11.00 for 25 pounds of food, The hay comes in 3 pounds for $6.00.
So I will just buy 4 bags of the hay at a time, But I would like to know how much it will cost per month, So I can determine how much chores I need to do
