The golden tabby tom nodded to the deputy, before padding off to find Nightgaze and Barkpaw. It didn't take long for him to fine Nightgaze, and he padded over to her. "We've got a hunting patrol to do. We just need Barkpaw now."

The silver tabby she-cat shook her fur out, as she glanced around for her mentor. A few moments later, she decided to go on a patrol whether or not he woke up today.

The little sorrel-colored tom mewed quietly as he was suddenly moved from his mother, and to another queen. At being batted at, he let out a squeal, definitely not liking it.

Ashenpaw had just walked outside him den when he heard him name being called. He perked up at the sound, and turned towards the owner of the voice. It was Tanglebranch approaching, and Ashenpaw gave a happy flick of his tail in greeting. When Tanglebranch had first been assigned as his mentor, Ashenpaw was so worried he might screw something up, or that his eye might get in the way of training. As he continued to train under Tanglebranch though, he realised this wasn't the case. Tanglebranch was very patient and encouraging, always helping him when he didn't understand something or couldn't figure out how to execute a technique. He was a kind and understanding mentor, and Ashenpaw couldn't have asked for anybody better. Ashenpaw was cut off from his thoughts as his mentor started talking. He gave a sheepish laugh at his question, embarrassed by how late he had woken up. "A bit of a late night yeah!" He replied quickly. It wasn't a complete lie, just not the whole truth either. As his mentor continued, Ashenpaw felt his tail droop in disappointment that they wouldn't be going on any patrols, but when Tanglebranch mentioned some senses training he was back to being energetic. "Great! I can't wait!" He exclaimed happily. He loved senses training; it was something he was pretty good at doing. Though he still needed to learn a lot more, being able to show that to his mentor always made him feel confident.

The she-cat nodded slowly as she started to purr. "Alright! Where to half we find Barkpaw?" She smiled as she looked at the tomcat.

Tornleap | tom | 29 moons
The tom tenses up as his head lowers. "I am so sorry Cowspots..." The young tom felt bad for the mistake. He had his ears flatten against his head as he mews softly. "Truly I am sorry.." The tom eyes looked down at the den floor while he turns his head away. He soon went to walk towards any of the cats that he had listed on the border patrol he planned out. "Owleyes, Thistlepaw, Peonydapple, Lilypaw, Batear and Thornclaw." He repeated to himself. His ears flatten as he let his tail drag behind him.

Foxflame | she-cat | 49 moons
The queen smiled softly as she mews. "Thank you Rowanflight. It means a lot." She looked at the young queen before she press her nose against her cheek for a thank you. After she pulled away Foxflame placed Alderkit next to Rownflight. She smiled down at her only living kit. She was proud of him and gave him a soft lick. Foxflame soon picked up Sandykit and started to head out into the woods. Once she got deep into the woods she looked around to see if any cat was around. She didn't smell anyone but she wasn't really trying that hard.

The ginger tom stood up slowly as he glances up. The tom soon shook out his pelt before he started to groom his fur. He didn't want to get his fur knotted while he and Mudpaw were training today.

Thistlepaw | tom | 6 moons
The tom soon smiled as he padded towards the warrior's den. "Owleye! We are needed!" He mews loudly as he tried to stand up as tall as he could.

Hailpaw | she-cat | 8 moons
The young she-cat was still in her nest as her eyes were closed. She was in the back of the den and didn't really want to work today. She had her tail wrapped around her as she thought for a moment. Creamflower wouldn't mind me sleeping in for a sunrise.

He sniffed the kit, it didn't smell like hay, or the barn like the other kits, including himself did. He let out a small mew, and waited to see for the kit to reply, flicking his tail on the ground.

Thornclaw shrugged in response. "I suppose so." Thornclaw replied, lowering his gaze slightly when her eyes locked with his. "It seams to be a nice day so far anyway." Thornclaw added after clearing his throat. He wondered how it was so easy for her to just jump into a conversation, and wished it was that easy for him as well. "How are you?" Thornclaw asked as he lifted his eyes to meet hers once again. Thornclaw scolded himself for not being able to come up with anything better to say.

Mudpaw started to laugh mockingly. "Are you blind then? Or maybe it's just the fact you sleep all the time that things go right over your head without you even realizing it." Mudpaw replied as he took a playful swipe at her ears. Mudpaw narrowed his eyes at her when she commented on his scent. "It's really quite simple." Mudpaw replied, forcing himself to grin at her. "I would have thought even a Mousebrain like you could figure it out." Mudpaw flicked her with his tail, his grin widening. "Since you think I smell so bad, you might get distracted by my scent, and it will be even easier to take you down. I guess I'll just have to go easily on you since you're at such a disadvantage."

Turtletail remained silent, not having anything else to add. When Sheep came back Turtletail got to her paws and started to pad towards the loner. "Not going to lie, I didn't expect that you would catch this much prey." Turtletail said, impressed with the amount of prey the loner had caught. "You'll have to take me next time and show me how you've gotten so much." Turtletail added, generally wanting to go.

xxxBlackWind gave a soft sigh before getting to his paws. He pointed outside of the territory with his tail
xxxto show Dog that he was going to hunt. Without any word he left. Before fully leaving, he bent down
xxxand stretched. He got back up, shook his fur and exited, turning his nose up to catch a scent. This is
xxxwhere his silence came in handy. He crept through the underbrush until he caught the scent of a small
xxxmouse. His sharp claws unsheathed from his paws as he edged himself forward until he was a few
xxxtail-length away. He narrowed his eyes before his paws left the ground and hit the small furry
xxxentity and punctured its flesh. He sighed and picked it up. Turning he scented the air again, looking
xxxfor more prey.

xxxDogFace gave a sigh before her eyes followed BlackWind out of the territory. She shuffled herself
xxxbefore closing her eyes at the soft, warm wind that was blowing itself in the barn. She placed her
xxxblack head between her brown paws as her whiskers twitched. She was feeling overly bored. She
xxxwasn't a hunter so she couldn't go out and hunt with her brother and there was nothing to fight,
xxxand, frankly, she was getting fed up.

Once again Mudpaw took a blow to his pride, the smirk on her face only making him want to fight back. "Talk, talk, talk." Mudpaw said rolling his eyes. "You may have a sharp tongue, but my claws are are even sharper." Mudpaw replied smugly, taking another step closer, his eyes fixed on Brindlepaw's. Mudpaw sniffed Brindlepaw's pelt, then stuck out his tongue. "Yuk, talk about a stinky scent. Let me help you out a little!" Mudpaw smirked as he leapt forward, tackling Brindlepaw playfully. "Maybe You won't think I small so bad once you get used to it!" Mudpaw laughed flicking his tail at Brindlepaw's nose.

Mudpaw laughed, flashing Brindlepaw a bright smile. "You sure about that!? I think you'll get used to it in no time once it becomes your scent as well!" Mudpaw replied before noticing she had gotten a paw under him. Mudpaw's breath was knocked out of him when he the ground. Mudpaw glanced back at Brindlepaw once he caught his breath. "I'll give you that one Brindlepaw, but you better watch out!" Mudpaw smirked back at her as he raced back into their play fight.
