I've had three different oppinions on it. two people said it was unfair to me and one said it was unfair to them. I really need to know what it is.

Unfair to them. 2 of their store pets are worth a 09 rare together (10 rare each) and the store rat is a 09 rare itself. Your nick unicorn is worth about 2 09 rares (:

Value wise they're overpaying. 2010 rare+2010 very rare=1.5 2009 rares. The sitting cat is worth two 2009 rares and the two store pets on their side are worth a late 2009 rare. Your 2012 rare doesn't really do anything here
