Description of looks:
He is a siamese but is a very large one for his age. He has longer legs, and body than most his age. He is always looking down at other cats. But despite his Large ears, long, tall, flat, white, skinny body, that is out of scale, he still is a very nice and regular cat.
Personality:
A Very sweet cat that is somewhat posh. He likes to keep himself very clean and to have everything organized and in place. He tries his best to be a classic kind of fellow. He has very keen sense of hearing, despite his size, he is just as stealthy as other cats. He is a jokester, he and Gribs have a lot of fun. He is quite good at most on the go games. He can whistle which he enjoys doing to scare Gibs. His voice is a little higher pitched and just a bit of scuffness. kind of like this
Scent (optional): A very clean smell, kind of like a Febreze of some sort. He's has a hint of the smell of pollen.

History (optional):
He was picked up by Gibbs at a young age, he hardly remembers his family, except that they were very posh. Gribs found him in the jungle on a very small island. He raised him and nourished him. He's gribbs son in a way.
Mate, Crush, Ect.: none right now. really does not get to meet that many other cats in a friendly way.

Other: Wobbaly never really had any pack experience so he is lost in all the rule of cats. He and Gibs don't really go by the rules.
Wobbaly was named by Gribs, because of his wobbly long legs and body. So he never really had a real name. He named himself 'Heir to the Wobbly Stars' only because that was his only reference and he very much likes his name.

Description of looks:
the opposite of Wob, it's strange for them to be companions.
Personality:
A very bossy and humorous little cat. Likes to make jokes that aren't funny and that insult other cats, he is quite clever. He is very fond of she-cats and likes fresh food. Always on the go and likes to go sightseeing. He is very fond of Wob, his helper and adopted son. He really is a grump at times. An enjoy games with Wob. He loves to tease Wob and other cats. Enjoy taking advantage of others and getting his way, likes to be in charge and empowered.
Scent (optional): He smells like old stuff
Family: his mate died, he never speaks of her. He had a few other relatives and two brothers. He has Wobbaly too.
History (optional):
He is a trobe member, but did not kind of left to travel. He likes to be independant from others. he is still a pack member but is mostly forgooten, He really lived the wild style in his life. He met many cats and other animals. He was in the jungle on a scouting trip of a she-cats territory. He found him sleeping in a tree it took him a long time to get him down. When he did he was going to bring him to the she-cat but liked the little cat, he fell in love with Wobs big eyes and ears. So he raised him.

Interesting characters!
I have a few questions though.
By the human ages, Cap would almost be an elder, while Wobbaly would be a new sailor (known as warrior in the books) -- is that what you mean?
And would you like to have them listed as part of the tribe, part of the Shadow's rouge group, loners taken in by Raven's group of Outcasts, etc.?
And finally, please check the rules! There might be something hidden in them that is needed to be accepted.

History (optional): he was a prize-winning pure bred somali. they lived near the ocean, well kept in a large house with lots of sunlight and wolf loved his life. then, one day when his family was playing on the beach, wolf went out too far. he was sucked in my the tide, washed away from the life he loved and knew. he washed up on the island a day later.
