acornpaw and juniperpaw are both very competitive and juniper challenges acorn to a tree-climbing race where both will see how fast they climb on one of the biggest pine trees in their territory. they do it and acorn manages to get ahead of juniper faster then he imagined, he pushes himself as fast as he can and unfortunately places himself on a weak branch that snaps under his weight and sending him crashing to the ground, he isnt able to balance himself out in time which results in him breaking one of his legs which the medicine cats arent able to fix. half the clan believes that healing him is a lost cause and that he wont be able to complete his warrior training, now making him self-conscience and insecure. weaselstorm is angry about this, especially when mintstar suggests that he should train as a medicine cat, and he snaps that his position isnt one any cat should be forced into doing anyway. she is confused by his outburst, but she doesnt argue. acornpaw then steps in to ask if she can help juniperpaw in any way he can, believing its her fault she got hurt. he eventually learns how to manage walking on three legs with encouragement from acornpaw, weaselstorm, and his siblings (egretpaw and orchidpaw).
nothing too dramatic! my clan needs to have a little rest from that for a bit lol hides my plot abt a queen standing up for herself and murdering her former and cruel mate to protect her kits from him under a pillow

anyways, for sageclan i have a couple of plans in mind, but they would involve other clans, so if you would like your clan to be involved pls pm me! i would be needing one clan who made an agreement with sageclan to provide prey and herbs and stuff cos since sageclan is so new the cats begin to weaken and get ill when winter sets in, but in exchange sageclan would agree to protect this clan and stand by them in war. these two become close allies over town, with the two deputies bonding especially (preferably male) and eventually they both make a mutual enemy clan who tries to take over some of the other clan's territory and there's a big war etc etc
so if you want to be sageclans mortal enemy or bff pls pm me cos theres a couple of specifics and i would love for this to happen!
