I can't remember, to be honest. I had just got home from bush camping and an 8 1/2 hour drive, and was in bed on my phone lol. I probably used the first link given or something, because I definitely filled in a survey. But that's alright. My fault for trying to do it in exhaustion XD Next time!

@FluffyBirdie you just have to give enough information for me to know that you actually found the eggs and not that you're just guessing. So a page number or link is the best way to go about it
