Snowheart gave her appreciation to the new warriors, then lead Clover back to where they were before. "How old is your brother and what does he look like? What's his name?" she asked the she-cat.

Greypaw chanted the new warriors' names with the others, then bounded back to Blueshadow to continued training.

Amberpaw // Female // Apprentice // Tags: Regalpaw
"You didn't mess up!" Amberpaw assured him. "You really didn't!" she said, brushing her nose against his.

He bounded ahead of everyone else, eager to battle train. He headed toward the training hollow, waiting for everyone else to catch up. He was so excited! He though of some moves in his head that could work, so he wouldn't be totally unprepared for his only second battle training.

The she-cat bounded into the hollow and sat down curling her tail over her paws. "OK, Willowpaw, Oakpaw go to the center of the clearing. Oakpaw I want you to pounce at Willowpaw, willowpaw your job is to roll away from him before he lands."

He got into a hunters crouch, getting ready to launch off. He wiggled his haunches, as if he was about to launch off. He quickly lunged forward, not reaching her yet, trying to catch her off guard. He then quickly shifted to his hunter's crouch in a split second, didn't wiggle his haunches, since that would give away when he was actually jumping and would take away time, and in another split second, launched at her, making sure his claws were sheathed.

The queen watched through narrowed eyes, "Good." She murmured under her breath, she longed to train with her apprentice but she knew Sagestar would have something to say about putting herself and the kits in danger

Willowpaw watched Oakpaw, studying the apprentice. When he pounced she watched him closely, deciding when she should roll to the side. When he got close she quickly rolled out of the way, hitting his side as she did so.

"Good job Willowpaw. You could also leap out of the way but it could take longer." She explained. The queen padded over to her apprentice. "Before you roll don't make it obvious or your adversary may be able to predict what you are going to do." She studied Willowpaw for a moment before continuing. "Don't flick you tail and try not to tense up, once they get close enough duck your head and roll to the side." She explained.

He got up from the ground and shook his fur. "Good job Willowpaw! Almost perfect timing!" he licked his paw so he could run it over his ears. "How about we practice..." He thought for a moment. "I don't know, you pick!"

Willowpaw nodded, taking in everything her mentor said."Alright, i'll keep this in mind from now on."she promised her mentor.

Regalheart nuzzled Amberpaw back. "What are you doing?" Hollypaw ask, making Regalheart jump. "N-nothing!!" Regalheart lied. Hollypaw snickered.
