1) in between there’s stuff in parenthesis. that’s like, her in real time writing the letter! so not,, actually in the letter. sweat
2) so, assuming she stupidly wrote in pen and couldn’t erase, lmao, here go:


“Dear Mini Lis,
You were a very cute kid, remember that! Because I don’t know what happened after puberty. Please, please lay off the cheetos? And doritos? And chocolate? And- just be a little more healthy. Eat more vegetables (I know, they’re gross, deal with it) and exercise more. Yunno, running isn’t all that bad...”


(im totally lying. running sucks. but little me can’t know that.)

“I won’t say to put down the video games, because we both know that isn’t going to happen... Maybe just add some variety. More teamspeak games (shooters or?? stuff), less rpgs. Ok, I guess... Maybe keep the rpgs. Hot girls and stuff.”


(oh, little me doesn’t know she’s gay yet. heck. i’ll just smooth over that)

“Ahh study good. Well? Study well. See, this is why you have to study. Just get decent grades. You probably will be ok with that. I managed so you’re already in the green there. Maybe just stress a little less. Is that possible? Oh man now I sound like one of those people who are like ‘just relax.’ You’ll know what I’m talking about when you’re older. How bout this:

talk to people when you feel stressed! That’ll probably help. Be more communicative in general. I suck at that and it causes so many problems.”

“So speaking of, don’t totally stress about these things! Just do your best (better than I did), we turned out okay! We made it into college so, that’s an achievement! Ah I dunno man, you’ll know what’s up soon enough, time passes quickly ! So anytime you’re feeling sorta down (and trust me, you will), just remember that you’ve got a future that isn’t too dark!”

finn and fantasy are dumb bros, who like to stay up late nights and watch old recordings of themselves - their video camera is often on, especially during their supernatural hunts. they're unlikely friends, really, with finn being this outgoing, reckless kid and fatansy being a chill guy with a job as a pilot no less. at first glance, they seem like two entirely separate people, but just passed the surface level, it turns out they've got more similarities than differences.

w/ belle !!

Has your kalon ever met their grandparents? If so, what do they think of them?
yes ! her granfather (mom's side) wasnt ever rlly involved with the family, but her other grandparents are lovely people. her grandmama (mom's side) was even a role model and friend (but rip she's gone). her grandparents on her dad's side are this cute old couple that are p lazy so every holiday they just give cash. belle feels bad for taking it fweep ;;

What is your kalon's relationship with their parents?
it was rlly strained when belle was a teen but now they're on good terms again. belle likes to drive to their house just to ask for life advice

Do they have any siblings? Are they blood related or adopted?
one elder sister, blood related ! belle babysits for her sister's kiddos

Does your kalon have children? Do they/did they ever want to have kits?
not yet but belle is a family girl and would honestly love to fill the house with lil feet !

Which family member is your kalon closest to? Why?
it probably woulda been a tie bretween her grandmama and sister, but since her grandmama isn't around, it's her sister. they've just always gotten along so well. not to mention belle babysits for free

Is there a family member your kalon wishes they could know better? Who is it?
her out-of-the-picture grandfather, since he's rlly the only family member she doesn't know well. she hasn't even met him :^(

Who is your kalon's enemy/least favorite person? How did they come to feel this way about them?
donald mcronald bc damian hates clOWns and especially ones that litter mcronalds aka best fast food
yes im sorry this is a jo k e i have like 0 kal relationships,, so instead i'll just write about what would make someone an enemy to damian? rip
n y ea mcronalds would be like :0c the parody mcdonalds

damian is like,, everyone's enemy tbh bc he's a jERk but he doesn't view many people as enemies?
which might be surprising since he picks fights with evERYone. but realistically he'll only really hold a grudge if someone was honestly super rude so basically anyone with a similar personality to his is his enemy. a lot of times, the fights he gets into are other people telling him he's wrong or that he's rude or,, stuff like that. and in those cases, he'll probably be mad at the person for like a week but he'll get over it cause hey, they were right (though he won't admit it) and anyway, he probably knows that person well if they got into a heated argument of that sort. and in that case, he'd wanna get back to teasing them soon !

tldr; his enemies are basically the people who are the same as him

What qualities does your kalon look for in a friend?
honestly just like,, someone who will play along to his antics / do dumb stuff with him. he likes someone he can laugh with so like,, yunno. he thinks that it's p important for a friend to be funny in one sense or another. !! finn also sorta likes shy people just bc.. they're fun to mess with ngl

What qualities does your kalon dislike in a friend?
he doesn't rlly like people who aren't willing to ever take any risks whatsoever. if they're too stuck up or formal, he's pretty much out. and he isn't a fan of judgmental people

Would they risk their life to save a friend? A stranger?
that's. maybe. he'd probably risk his life to save a friend, although he'd probably hesitate for a stranger. finn's a good guy but he also really values his own life. also depends on the situation ofc

Is it easy or hard to earn their trust? Why?
well, tbh he just sorta auto-trusts people as long as they seem decent enough. losing his trust is relatively easy though, and gaining it back is a wobbly road. he's all for second chances, though. most of the time

Workshop Three - Day Four Exercise

Describe their pet/companion:
a short-furred gray cat w/ black stripes + white accents (mouth, paws). dark green eyes, doesn't look like she's glaring as much as many other cats do. missing a bite from her ear, presumably from a fight with another cat. named "queen" for her rule of the school. lisbeth calls her "mithra" though, bc lis is video game bum.

How did they meet their pet/companion?:
mithra is the campus pet at lisbeth's college. the cat just showed up one day, and proceeded to hang around the school thereafter. she gained a reputation quickly among the students, and eventually became a sort of mascot. initially, no one really knew where mithra went during the nights. now, there's one student who does know- lis.

it was an accident, "adopting" the cat. lis, being a cat fanatic, always stopped to pet and feed mithra when she could. lots of students were like this, but for whatever reason, mithra took a particular liking to lis, even beginning to follow her around. one night, as lis was trying to enter the dorm building, she couldn't shake mithra off. animals aren't allowed in the building, so obviously this presented a problem. ultimately, lisbeth caved in and stuffed the cat in her backpack (she'd taken the books out and carried them in her arms. it was v painful). how the cat stayed quiet the whole trip to her room, lis has no idea.

the next morning, she couldn't find mithra - the cat was nowhere to be found. the window was open though, and outside it was a tree with branches that extended very close to the building. lis figured the cat made it out that way, hopefully safely.

two nights later, mithra showed up at lis' window.

nowadays, half the time the cat can be found in lisbeth's room. sometimes in her closet, when someone knocks at her door while mithra's inside. it makes lis nervous breaking the dorm rules, but she can't say no to a cat. her window is left open almost 24/7 for mithra. (fortunately, while mithra's out, so many other students feed her that lis doesn't need to buy much cat food :0c)
