"Well I should go hunting now, Greyfoot would be impressed if I caught some prey all my myself!" She meowed bounding from the den.

Regalpaw giggled.

[hummxs]

"Oh, hi, Hollypaw!" Tigerpaw didn't jump. She continued grooming herself as the tom that was around twice her size greeted her.

The apprentice slipped from the camp entrance her muzzle raised towards the sky. She soon scented a squirrel and instinctively dropped into a crouch pulling herself forward slowly. She tasted the air making sure she was downwind of her prey before she continued onward. Suddenly she sprang holding the squirrel down with her forepaws. She wrapped her jaws around it's head and twisted it to the side the prey falling limp in her paws.

[tuna!]

Hollypaw let out a laugh. "Man, I really thought I was going to scare you!" He meowed. He found himself looking down at his clanmate. "Man! They were right, I am tall!" He meowed.

[hummxs]

"I don't get scared easily," Tigerpaw meowed. "And you are tall! Or I'm just really small."

She picked up her catch and trotted back to the camp her head held high. She dropped her prey on the fresh-kill pile. The apprentice retreated to a corner to clean her pelt. She twisted her head to lick her back her ears pricked.

Owlkit dragged himself to the white rose he had planted. He gasped. It had bloomed already, making a radiant shine come from it. "Wow!" He gasped, touching the white rose gently.
