"Can me and Hollypaw join you?" Tigerpaw asked, her tail waving in the air.

He silently stalked forward, making sure he didn't step on a leaf, or crack a stick. He kept his tail level with his body, and stopped when he knew he was in pouncing distance. He put his weight in his haunches so he wouldn't be unbalanced, and leapt through the air, landing on Scarletblaze's shoulders, and pretended to crush her spine with his teeth. He hopped off and puffed out his chest. "What can I improve on?" He asked, sweeping his tail around his feet as he sat on the leafy ground.

She laughed and leaped away from him. "Whitepaw taught me a few battle moves earlier." She purred. "He leaped at me and pinned me to the ground. I pressed my paws against his chest so that if he was a real enemy I could scratch him!" She purred feeling proud of herself.

He smiled, glad there was something he could improve on. "Thanks Scarletblaze!" He thought for a second. "Can we practice battle training?" He pretended someone was swiping at his head, and the he ducked and rolled out of the way, quickly getting back up. He flashed another smile at Scarletblaze, a gleam in his eyes.

He nodded as Scarletblaze told him they had warrior duties to do, and entered the camp to grab a small mouse. He didn't want to be selfish and grab the juiciest of prey, since he wanted to leave those to the cats who deserved it more. Once again, Oakpaw went to his favorite spot to lay down, the patch of sun always shone there, and he loved it. He laid down in the soft grass and tore into his mouse.
