She is daring and bold in a fight, cautious in her retreat. She is slow to trust and slow to forgive. She does have a tendency to be almost too loyal at times, even when it doesn't benefit her own good, but she is a quick learner. She can be very short tempered and has been known to overreact.

Skills: Good hunter, and nothing if not practical. She can handle most situations with ease physically, thought it's much too easy to hurt her emotionally. She gets into fights a lot, but usually wriggles out of them with ease.
Personality: Tannlia tries to act cheerful, but keeps her real feelings locked inside. She gets easily attached, and it is simple to break her heart. She'll never show it though. She's sneaky, and has a few tricks up her sleeve, but most often she is disarmingly honest. She doesn't care if she angers the Capitol because she'll be killed in the Hunger Games anyways, and she has an escape route planned out only she and her family and friends know of. She knows how to get out of dangerous situations. Her trust is easy to gain - sometimes too easy - but impossible to get back if you lose it. Anyone on the Capitol's side is her automatic enemy.

She is more like her father; skilled at hunting and gathering herbs. She is built to survive.
