well, I think it's fair... it can be pretty hard to get rid of rats... but Very Rare December 08 rats are definitely the easiest of any of them, and you've got three of them there so... I traded 1 for 2 dog rares
I don't know the value of the tess horse, though Tess horses in general seem pretty popular

most this is a "up to you" kind of trade.. just have to decide if you want to take the risk unloading the rats
