"should we get help?"

I gurgle loudly, my way of laughing, as Carrol rushes over, Wednesday checks me for injuries and Carrol asks if they should get help. I jump onto Carrol's tail and squeak happily. "I'm oky!" I announce, the ends of my mouth twisting up into a smile.

Wednesday breathed a sigh of relief. She watches the hatchling play on Carrol's tail.

He looks at Zovat confused when she asked him to fly "ky," he says to her. He flaps his young wings and before long he is in the air soaring above Zovats head "loo Zovat Weday Crl!" He yelled "Min fi!" He gurgled. He tried to land softly again but he almost tumbled of the cliff edge a strong gust of wing saving him "Min ky!" He gurgles happily joining Zovat on Carols tail.

I watch excitedly as Moon flies. "Coo!" I squeal as Moon almost falls off down the cliff, sighing when he's okay. As he joins me to play on Carrol's tail, I gurgle happily, trilling loudly. "Min! You hurt?" I ask, bouncing on the hard scales of Carrol's tail.

"No!" He squeaks shaking his head "wel ing hurt itte," he answered lifting his right wing to reveal a small scratch. He shook his head and flapped it about a few times to make sure he was okay "Min ky." He concluded finally. But Wednesday still checked him over.

I poke, my head under his wing, checking the scratch. As he flaps it, I jump back, squeaking in surprise as I hit the ground. Again. I giggle as I jump back onto my feet. "Zovt gid too!" I reply, clambering back onto Carrol's tail.

Wednesday checked the scratch on Moon's wing. Though it didn't seem to hurt him, she chewed up some leaves and placed them onto the scratch to stop infection.
