A "late" (insert year) pet is usually defined as a pet from September-December. So they're off a bit
However, I personally feel it's reasonable to ask for a bit of overpay due to store pets having good demand

It looks a lil bit unfair to me, due to the uncommons, but I am not sure? I don't know about 2016 pets demand as I was away from CS that year, could someone please tell me if this is fair and if not, what should I do to make it fair?

Value wise huge overpay on the top. They offered two store pets.
The tokens are used to swap for 2017 uncommons/rares. That's not worth much compared to a store pet.
Demand is up to you. How much do you value tokens as?

All of these pets can go for their value.
Top: 10 2016 commons+2017 unknown rarity
Bottom: 11.5 2016 commons
If the unknown rarity comes out to be uncommon, the top would be worth 11 2016 commons. If it turns common, 10.5
It's unfair to you by a bit

you should definitely ask for more on their side, your unickorn is an above gap mainlist, while theirs is a below gap mainlist
