Protogen Fanclub

Protogens, an original open species made by Malisu (the maker of the Primagens!!), have just landed and I'm honestly surprised to see a lack of discussion about them on here considering the ig tag is blowing up! Maybe I'm just not looking in the right place, but regardless I wanna bring some more attention to them.

Be aware, however, that there are different variations of Protogens: common, uncommon, and rare. common and uncommon are open and free for you to make as many as you like as long as you stick to guidelines, but rare Protogens are CLOSED and can only be obtained through adoptables or custom bundles!

here is the species

- Protogen are an open species
- Primagen and Protogen do not have the same anatomy
- You can only sell 2 Protogen every 7 days
- You cannot copy palettes from other people's designs, don't steal and recolour etc.
- Protogen and Primagen have different visor shapes.
- Protogen that are rare cannot be made. You can only make common/Uncommon ones.
- Malisu is owner of both species not me
- Accessories are allowed
- Protogen must have plug in tails.
- Do not copy Primagen traits onto your Protogen. Such as the visors, anatomy, feet and mechanical ears.
- You don't have to stick to the examples on the sheet for horns and tails.
- if you reference the anatomy from the guide and make art from it, you MUST credit Malisu at all times

one of the cool parts for the protogen species is their visor! here you can find the information about it. you can also find out the three rarity types. you may only make common and uncommon protogens!


if you want horns on your protogen, you can have them since the uncommon rarity is allowed horns.


all protogens MUST have plug-in tails! they don't have to stick with these six examples!
