History || Belle was one of the first modern Rainbow Paint Wolves and was born sometime between (x) and (x) AE with all her mutations including her horns, hair, four wings, and rainbow-colored paint. She was worshiped as a goddess among her tribe and was rumored to have the ability to bless all endeavors related to creativity and beauty, especially the making of sculptures and paintings. She lived a peaceful life until she died during a war between her tribe and another, sometime around (x) AE. She ended up being among the few dead able to interact with the living and quickly became known as a goddess among all Rainbow Paint Wolves. Centuries later, her role has been expanded to include being the patron of all types of beauty.

Belle continues to watch the physical plane though rarely interacts with the living. She only comes down when she has ample reason to do so and prefers to communicate through dreams.

Relationships || Belle rarely comes down to the physical plane but will occasionally take interest in mortals of all species.

Algodón Azucardo -- Belle took an interest in Azu, a teenaged scrap artist, after seeing her and Ethan interact with one another at a fair. She was impressed with the scope of Azu's ability to find beauty in what others would consider trash, and is amused with how attached she is to her crown.

Amaya -- Belle took an interest in Amaya mostly because of her interactions with Ethan. However, once Belle started studying Amaya, she became more impressed with how she made flying into an art form instead of purely a practical method of transportation. Belle enjoys watching Amaya's shows although has not yet patronized one.

Elara -- Belle took an interest in Elara, a hair stylist, and is impressed with how Elara manages all the work herself and constantly experiments on herself and others. While Belle has no plans on visiting in the near future, she enjoys watching Elara work.

Ethan Brui -- Belle took an interest in Ethan, a metalworker, when he first opened his sculpture shop, pleased that he had found a way to utilize his paint powers for beauty. She once visited the shop in her human form and purchased a sculpture of a bird in flight, which she still has.

Fur-Tailed Pink-Finn -- Belle took an interest in Finn when she saw him and Elara collaborate on a project--making her salon the "perfect" and most "beautiful" color. Belle likes how Finn is dedicated to both outside and inward beauty by helping people with making beautiful color pallets and helping them accept themselves, and wonders if she should pay him a visit someday.

A familiar story will be told, but this is my tale.

Once upon a time there was a wealthy king and his two daughters.
One day, the father was to go to a far-off place so he asked his daughters if they wanted something from his journey. The first daughter asked for as much jewelry as he could carry. The second daughter, said, “Father, I may I have just one hourglass. The prettiest one you can get.” The King, on his way back, had to cross through a forever-winter forest. He stumbled upon a huge castle like his own and went inside to find nobody. Unable to find an hourglass on his journey and in need of shelter, he decided to look around and steal one. It seemed like nobody was home, noone would notice. There was a large table with many delicious foods and he ate it all. Then the King went into the bedroom and slept on a soft bed, comfier than his own. The next day, too, the King could not find anyone in the castle. Exploring one of the rooms, the King spotted beautiful gold hourglass. He examined the glass, beautifully made from a custom mold, a gold frame encrusted with diamonds and jewells, a thin crystal layer encasing black sand inside. It was the most beautiful hourglass the king had ever seen, and he knew it would please his daughter.
As he reached out, suddenly, a golden beast sprang out behind him. The beast was draped in fine indigo silk clothes and roared, “I gave you more than enough to eat and the comfiest bed you will ever sleep in! Are you now going to steal from me?!” The King was frightened and told this Beast about his daughter's request, and tried to bargain. The beast was furious by his worthless attempts to trade for the hourglass, and mercilessly put the king in a cellar to live until death.

At this point in the story you probably think "AH. She is going to save her father now and give herself to be a prisoner. Then her and the beast will fall in love." Well... you would be mistaken. I am not the second daughter in this story, nor even the first. I'm the beast.

A goddess does not care who or what you are, whether you are half dragon or half demon. If you attract this goddesss, there is a chance she'll bless you with four little bundles of joy. She always produces a litter of four, never less and never more. She enjoys having her little powered offspring throughout the world and watching their accomplishments.

Human Appearance || As a mortal, Nazumae was a tall and slim warrior with battle scars that decorated her body. She had long, sun-kissed hair that went to about her stomach in length. She wore tank tops or ripped t-shirts, and

Personality || Nazu is a powerful goddess and knows it very well. She spends most of her time in a different realm that allows her to stay away from earth when she needs to. She's very arrogant and very narcissistic, however if you dare call her out on it, she'll threaten to smite you if you don't take it back. "How dare you compare me to a low life male?" She loves to flaunt her power around and have only the best of things because, after all, she's a goddess! She makes spectacular entrances and overdramatic exits; her presence must be known and acknowledged. She seems shallow, but Nazu has lived a long life and has eons and eons to go before her time is up, so she isn't too concerned with the world. She's learned that, over time, she's just become a name to them. A legend. She uses it to have a bit of fun, and as long as her shrines are still in tact and still used for their rightful purpose, she doesn't mind. The only thing she does not accept are live sacrifices. She hates the blood of an innocent life to be spilled in her honor, and punishes those who do. Nazu has grown to have a deeper respect for life over her years as a goddess, realizing how fragile it really was and how much it means to some. She has been shown to be rather helpful and caring, but this is a rare sight nowadays.

Nazu isn't one with many weaknesses, however orphans, music, and the poor seem to get to her. She was an orphan once and sympathizes with them. She tries to manipulate the very forces of earth to help them find a home, or if they happen to be older, perhaps they just happened to find a small chest of gold that will allow them to survive for awhile. It's the little things that she does that make up who she is.

Nazu does believe she has a lot of strengths, though.

Nazu has been around for a very long time and has seen and done many things. Some of her hobbies include.

Nazu does have a few dreams and aspirations, though. One seems cheesy overall, but she hopes to find someone to love once again. A god, one that compliments her. She still values power, but also wants him to stay with her for all of eternity. She has watched many loved ones die in her time, she wishes for someone who will be with her forever. Another dream she has is to be a great goddess again, one that everyone knows of and talks about. It isn't common that her name is mentioned in modern times, only in the demigod camps is she well known. "The demi who became full" is her title by demigods, and most respect her. There are a few that have questioned her decisions in her life, but if you look at any other god in history, she looks like an innocent child.

The legend of Nazu [ History ]|| Nazu was born a demigod, daughter of the goddess of war and fighting. One parent being a goddess, Nazu only had one mortal parent to take care of her. Unfortunately, being the offspring of a demigod brought monsters and danger to the two of them; she was later abandoned. As a product of constantly attracting dangerous creatures to her, she was always on the run. She was eventually taken into a secret camp with other demigods, where she made some friends-many of whom she lost along the way. Sent on many quests, proved her power and worth to the gods. She valued power over love, left her lover to be a goddess. He was later so crushed and filled with anguish he set out to kill her, so she turned him into a rat. S

How to summon her || To summon this great deity, Nazumae requires that it only be by someone with the bravest heart. Someone she can see as worthy of her presence. If you feel you are brave and noble enough, then you must find the skull of a rat, intertwine it with a plant of your choice (usually your choice of plant says something about you, even if you are unaware of it) and then gold pieces. The gold is mostly for her, as she loves it. Finally, you must set the rat skull aflame. If the fire turns blue or gold, then she will appear to you. If the fire stays the same, she is uninterested. If the flame dies down, she doesn't really like you or your offering (could be one, could be both.)

Accepted Sacrifices || Nazu isn't too picky on what you give in worship to her. Anything that you place on her pedestal is warped right to her castle-home and placed accordingly into her various hoards. She certainly has more than enough, but still feels loved and adored when things are sent. As said in her personality part, she does not want blood sacrifices.
