@IC: I know that everyone's already saying this, but I love the front page. It's so much more detailed, which is nice. Although maybe seasons should be three days instead (unless it's because you and mods post between once to twice every day)? I'd also like to make sure that I understand the meaning of this quote:

The amount of strength needed to kill prey is equal to half of its bounty: for example, one wolf can kill four snowshoe hares, but it would take ten or more wolves to kill a bull moose.

Am I correct in saying that because 1/4 is half of 1/2, it would take four hares to make a single serving (therefore one wolf can catch four hares)? And because half of 19 (rounded up) is 10, it would take that many wolves to catch one bull elk?

thank you everyone!
i'm glad you feel that it's easier to understand now,
because that was the main problem i had with it
before. there are still a few things i need to tweak,
but this will do okay.

until pups are weaned, they take up no servings due
to nursing. after they're weaned, they take the usual
one serving amount actually i thought about this
and pups will take up 0 servings while nursing, 1/2
of a serving until 7 months and then 1 serving every
post after 7 months.

also, if the parents leave the pups alone they might
(and probably will) get eaten or killed by poachers.

yep! by bears, coyotes, foxes, badgers, and
really just about any other existing predator.
