whew... didn't post here for quite a while! so, two days ago I started my black game new. I haven't gotten that far yet, I'm at the daycare rn, so I'll have a long way to go. I'm thinking about trying to masuda a few Pokemon once I'm done with the story, though, only gen 5 Pokemon. any suggestions?

not yet but I have some on white 2 if I recall correcrly? (hopefully it's possible to trade between them cx) if not I should have some on my platinum or diamond game c:

I am definitely going for zorua, as it is my favorite shiny of all time. I might also go for ducklett ^-^

You can as long as you have 2 systems. local is fine, only internet stuff is disabled.

Good luck! Gen 5 has lower chance than gen 6 for shinies... it makes them feel more special though! I only have less than 10 from gen 3-5 combined, meanwhile I already have 7 from sun/moon haha.

yeah, I think it really sucks that Nintendo clised the GTS for older generations. It makes a lot of thing so much more difficult!

Thank you ^-^ I hope it'll go well for me. I think it's far to easy to get shinies in the new generations, it really isn't a challange anymore. how many shinies do I have in moon...? maybe 112? ^-^'

Oh I agree! I miss how rare they use to be. They don't feel special like they use to. I remember freaking out every time a shiny appeared in older games... but now I'm more mildly taken back then surprised. I think the gen 5 shiny charm was a good middle ground. You had to really work to get the shiny charm so it balanced it out.
