Prompt:
xxxxxx Jadin is a clumsy noob at everything, but he's willing to try. Although his current occupation involves fighting for the rebels, Jadin is anything but rebellious. He doubts his abilities and is afraid to take action. Although, he is willing to sacrifice himself for what he believes is right. Despite Jadin's clumsiness, he is rather skilled at flying (a plane lmao). Everyone who knew Jadin refers to him as "Rabbit". At first, the nickname started out as a joke due to the fact that Jadin runs away from practically everything. This frustrated the rebellion generals and soon the nickname stuck with Jadin. Soon enough Jadin the trainers were able to toughen him up. Despite this, Jadin's clumsiness stuck with him.

Does your Kalon have a human appearance as well? If so, what do they look like?
xxxxxxHanbin is a Korean who resides in the Goryeo dynasty of Korea, he has a well built body (since he's a general) His hair is usually tied up and he enjoys wearing flowery dresses or anything fancy. Hanbin has a well defined oval shaped face that complements his angled eyes and straight brows. His expression seems to be fixed into a permanent emotionless grimace. Clothing wise, Hanbin really likes to flaunt with his "royal privilege" (lmao). His hair is usually decorated with gold flowers, gold pins, and anything gold. When he's not in combat, he wears a lot of bright colors. However, when he's on duty, he usually wears dark colored clothing somewhat like this. Dark colored clothing helps him blend in better.
xxxxxx Yen definitely has a human appearance. Here are a few: [ By Pimprite By me By Gladis ] He is Chinese, 5'7, and fairly skinny. He has 3 piercings on both ears, usually adorned with "chain earrings". His favorite color is purple, which explains his exotic hair shade and his clothing choices. Yen has a sharp face to match his sharp, skinny nose. His face expresses his only emotion very well: emptiness. Although sometimes a smirk would crawl onto his face when he's up to something.

Does you Kalon have any family members? If so, blood related or adopted?
xxxxxxNope :0 - Hanbin has no known family members
xxxxxx Nope for Yen too.

Who is your Kalon the closest to? Why?
xxxxxxAlthough Hanbin isn't close to anyone in general, the closest kalon he knows is Kyuwon, they were once lovers, and it is safe to say that Kyuwon was the only one Hanbin loved.
His competitive bud Jia and Kyungwon. Although Yen doesn't really have much feelings for anyone, he usually hangs around them a lot. Jia's personality is a bit similar to Yen's, although Jia has a bit more "emotion" than Yen's static nature. Although Yen sometimes acknowledges Jia's competitive appeal, Yen rarely takes action; he's too careless and lazy to. Yen's relationship with Kyungwon is a bit more complex - Yen finds himself developing feelings towards the pretty boy, but Yen denies these feelings due to his strong belief that emotion is a weakness. Yen is always turning down the boy, yet he finds himself running back towards the boy. Kyungwon probably knows the most about Yen compared to anyone else, and yet, Kyungwon doesn't even understand Yen's intentions.

What sort of occupation does your Kalon have? Do they enjoy it?
xxxxxxHanbin is the general of the royal army. Although Hanbin does not particularly enjoy his occupation, he can't think of a better occupation he would enjoy more. This is because he was trained to fight ever since he was born, so honestly fighting is the only thing he knows. He also enjoys his position as a general since it gives his title "power" in a way.
xxxxxx Yen owns a couple famous company brands, so he's a businessman. Although, he doesn't really have to work that hard, he just seems to naturally attract money. Along with this, Yen is the leader of a powerful gang who just seem to "mysteriously" profit millions from businessmen who suddenly go missing.

List some of your Kalons likes and dislikes and give an explanation as to why.
xxxxxxHanbin loves anything that is quiet and peaceful. It's sort of ironic for someone like Hanbin to enjoy, since he is responsible for many deaths. Hanbin likes small gardens, nature, and tea. These things just help him relax. Even more ironically, Hanbin dislikes fighting and war. He was born into war, and forced to fight ever since he was a kid. Hanbin grew rather tired of war and viewed it as pointless.
xxxxxx Yen likes 2 things: Money, and parties. Money has been the sole reason for why Yen has so much popularity and power, and it will continue to be the sole reason why. Despite his love for money, he isn't desperate for it (Since this boy rich  ), so there's honestly no possible way one could convince him into doing something he doesn't feel like doing. Yen also loves parties. Despite Yen's lack of emotions, he does crave for excitement. He hosts huge parties every month, and believe me, they all wildin down there at the parties. Yen dislikes love and emotion. There's not much you could like when you don't have a heart. Although, there's no reason for Yen to dislike something even if it doesn't benefit him in anyway. Yen just really hates love and emotion because he believes that they are weaknesses to success. It's all just ugh to him and he looks down upon anyone who is very empathetic. He looks down upon everyone tbh

What is your Kalons biggest weakness and strength?
xxxxxx Hanbin has great agility and skill in combat. He was looked up upon as a god in his city. Despite his skill, Hanbin's weakness is his emotions. Hanbin feels as if he had lost his own identity through all of the fighting. He has trouble expressing and controlling his emotions.
xxxxxx Yen's strength is definitely his skill in business and his ability of getting whatever he wants. Yen possesses a great amount of chicanery, which is probably why he's never tight on money. Yen blows his money on everything and yet he never seems to run out. Yen also posses the sly ability to get whatever he wants - whether it's money, love, a firstborn son - he never has trouble getting it. Yen's biggest weakness is KYUNGWON KYUNGWON KYUNGWON GDI KYUNGWON; Kyungwon just leaves him shookt  . That boy is the definition of "emotion". That pretty boy is the new craze around here, and Yen is starting to lowkey catch that disease called "feelings for Kyungwon".

Write about a time when your Kalon(s) lost something important or someone close to them:
xxxx Jin was always cool and collected with everything up until his mother passed away. Growing up, his mother was the one who taught him how to ignore the villagers who deemed him as a monster for his third eye. She protected him from the village, and Jin thought he was able to protect her from everything... Everything except disease that is. When Jin was 12, an unknown but deadly disease struck his impoverished village. He watched his mother fight, and finally give in, to the disease. Jin was by his mother's side for everything. Everything except for the day she passed. Jin was rushing to go home that day to tend to his mother. Unfortunately, a group of older boys had caught him and they beat him down. When Jin finally arrived home, his mother had passed away with no one by her side. At first Jin was struck with grief, but soon that grief was replaced with nothing but anger. Jin blamed all of the villagers for her death, but most importantly, his anger was directed at the group of boys who had tormented him for all of his life. Jin's anger transformed him into what the village had taunted him as - a true monster.

xxxx Jackson doesn't keep promises. Despite his seemingly quiet appearance, Jackson lowkey really enjoys drama. The only promises he keeps are Aria's. He has a soft spot for his crush because he's a nerd.
Are they a leader, follower, or loner? Why?
xxxxJackson, being on varsity lax, definitely loves leading. He hates being bossed around, but he'll follow orders never less. Taking charge just boosts his ego a lot so he likes to lead.
If they could change one thing in their past, what would it be and why?
xxxx Jackson wishes he had studied more so he would've passed physics freshmen year. At first, he didn't really care much for his failed grade. But when college applications rolled around a few years later, his failed physics grade came to haunt him.
Do they care what others think of them? Why or why not?
xxxx Jackson really cares about what others think of him. Many classmates from both high school and college view him as a pretty cool jock who's rather quiet and not at all stuck up. Jackson fears being labeled as a player by fellow classmates (since he is anything but a player.), and he's afraid others won't think his lacrosse skills are good enough. Jackson works really hard to fit into his desired image, and perhaps it's a bit cliche of him.
Do they tend to argue with others or do they avoid conflict?
xxxx Jackson likes to avoid conflict, unless it comes to lacrosse or math solutions because he knows everything in those 2 subjects. Otherwise, Jackson doesn't like to be directly involved in drama. (He loves hearing about it though it brings light to his causal life.) Mainly because he doesn't know what to do in situations like these.
Are they more spontaneous, or are they the type that always needs a plan?
xxxx Jackson always needs a plan. A spontaneous nature would honestly mess him up. For example, he thought about how he was going to ask Aria out on a causal date for almost a week. All of his buds were basically like "dude chill you're JUST asking her out on a date."
Do they have any quirks, mannerisms, habits, or other defining characteristics?
xxxxFor one, Jackson gets really bubbly and excited when someone brings up lax and he'll talk about it nonstop. For some strange reason, Jackson likes to tilt his head slightly up when he walks, despite being 6'2. He's also a really focused worker, nothing could really distract him from his studies.

xxxx Yen didn't really love anything that wasn't money. His empty heart just didn't care enough for anyone or anything. Except... Maybe onneeeeee thing, or person, really. Kyungwon had been ruining Yen's life ever since they bumped into each other four years ago in a crowded street. Kyungwon didn't hide his feelings for Yen, he would practically jump in front of a car for Yen's worthless arse. Yen, on the other hand, denied his feelings for the pretty boy and emotionally neglected Kyungwon. It wasn't much of a surprise, considering Yen's heartless nature.

xxxx Yen was feeling particularly happy on one cold Sunday morning. Strangely happy. The skies were painted grey by thick clouds, frost killed every bit of life there was left in the cold winter day. It was a rather depressing setting, although the heartless rich boy was happy. Maybe it was because of his weekly profits of millions, or maybe Jia had spiked his drink with extra caffeine (who knows). Whatever it was, it drove Yen to drive out to the local coffee shop where Kyungwon resided in. The light haired boy was sitting alone, a cup of warm mocha sat in his palms. A lonely expression was permanently drawn across his face. Perhaps it was because Yen's cruelness was starting to permanently change him. It didn't really matter. Kyungwon's face lit up anyways when he saw Yen stroll in through the door. Kyungwon was his favorite thing. It was a fact that Yen couldn't really deny anymore.

"See that boy over there? The one that kind of looks like an idiot all by himself?" Yen pointed in Kyungwon's direction as he ordered from the barista. "Yeah... I'll get whatever he got." After grabbing his drink, he walked over to Kyungwon's table and was suddenly ambushed with a hug from the older boy.
"Yah! Get off of me!" Yen snapped as he showed the boy aside. Kyungwon, being used to Yen's snappy temper, wasn't phased at all. A permanent grin seemed to plaster itself on his face.
"Y-y-you're actually spending some time with me?"
"I guess," Yen shrugged as he took a sip of his coffee. He suddenly made a face. "Yuck. This crap is disgusting. I don't understand why you choose the worst places." Yen reached over and pinched Kyungwon's cheek. "You're cute though so I guess it doesn't matter all that much." Kyungwon reached up and clutched his hand. They sat there for a the whole day, doing nothing but casually talking.

Prompt: Yen was born into a rich family; he had everything he wanted. Everything except love. Yen's little brother had stolen all of his parents' attention, and the bitterness that collected inside of him caused Yen to leave at age 16. Yen arrived at Hanzhou with large amounts of money. No one really knows where he came from - but it didn't really matter, since Yen only looked forward into changing his future.

Where do they live and what is the geography like?
xxxx Kujaku lives in a fictional empire somewhere in East Asia around the year 900, the same era as Hanbin. The weather is moderately stable, with four seasons that vary widely from each other. There are mountains covering every horizon in this place. Many royal palaces and temples reside here.
What is the society like there, is there a hierarchy?
xxxx The society here is a bit corrupt. Emperor's dictate everything and a majority of residents are soldiers due to the empire's requirement for one to fight in the army.
What kind of technology does the world possess: modern, medieval, fantasy, etc.?
xxxx The technology here used is medieval / old fashioned.
Do many or only a few people live here?
xxxx There is an abundant amount of residents that live in this place.
Is the history the same as our world, or is it different? If different, how?
xxxx The history is different, since Kujaku participates in many fictional wars that never actually happened in real life.
Is your Kalon(s) considered lower, middle, or upper class?
xxxx Kujaku is lower class. He was homeless before he was found by the royal army and forced to become a soldier. Although he fights under the royal army, his payment is usually food, new clothing, and some shelter. He rarely gets to treat himself with a luxury.
What sort of language(s) is commonly spoken here?
xxxx Usually Korean or Chinese. It depends on which part of the empire you live in.

Story Behind their Name:
His original name was Yoo Sanghoon. Although he changed it after studying abroad due to people butchering and forgetting his foreign name. He wanted a name that was simple and "cool sounding", and thus he came up with the Na,e Dean. Dean was also inspired by the Korean r&b artist Dean, which he looked up to. Dean is also one letter away from the word Dead which perfectly describes him tbh

xxxxAlthough Arizona is not the most exciting place to live in, Maisey does love being home rather than being somewhere else.

xxxxWhen Maisey joined the tennis team! She started off as a rookie freshmen year of high school, but soon moved to varsity the year after. Tennis is exactly what defines her, and she's very glad she decided to try it out one day.

xxxx She definitely has a bright outlook. She hopes to graduate high school soon, and she works very hard.

If they could write a letter to their past self, what would it say:
Dear Yen,

I wish you had known this earlier. Before you lost him. I wish you had learned to love him before it was too late. Before he was gone forever.

I remember when you would wake up in the middle of the night and feel his face pressed against his chest. Sometimes when the moon was bright enough, you’d watch him snore under the dim moonlight. You loved him; yet you denied it. You still do. I remember when you would leave him late at night - you started leaving at 3 but then it got earlier: 2:30, sometimes even 1. He would beg you to stay, he claimed that he was cold without you. Which you found ironic. What else was colder than your own haunting presence? What else was colder than your cold and yet nonexistent heart?

These drinks couldn’t wash your pain and regret away. Time couldn’t wash it away. Hell, even your money couldn’t bring him back. It was painfully ironic that Kyungwon’s departure from the world would pierce your cold heart. (By just a bit.) Even though you didn’t cry or show any signs of sadness, you still felt it. You concealed it well though - no one noticed how you only left your place at midnight, no one noticed that your parties got shorter. But it hurt. No one came running to your door crying at 12 in the morning, no one bought you food, no one was there to annoy you. You thought it would be better if he was gone, but for once, just once, you were wrong. Nothing could bring him back. He would never hear you tell him that you loved him.

So please, Yen. Take my advice. Love that boy when he’s still there to hold your hand. Love him when he’s still there to kiss you. Love him when you’re still able to save him. Happiness rarely comes in a lifetime, and sadly for you, Kyungwon was your only happiness and you wasted it away.
