pigeon: that happens to me all the time, it's so bad honestly.. Usually I end up regretting some of the hoards I've gotten rid of in the past, but at the same time it leaves a lot of room for new hoards which feels really nice. If you have a weird attachment to a hoard I wouldn't recommend trading it away or anything because I've done that before and it made me a little upset later on. But otherwise there's nothing wrong with clearing out old hoards, especially if they just sit around and you don't pay much attention to them. But that's just me.

I can't resist. I love sheep/lambs so much they're one of my favorite animals, and deer pps are one of my favorite line arts so... New hoard. I love themmmm all! so cute. also.. may or may not hoard this item as well because.. just.. the LITTLE HAT. CS has me very emotional tonight, all the bday pets and easter pets.. it's too much, too cute.

Well the first step of course is to find a pet you want to hoard, which can be based on lineart, pet design, items, whatever you want :3 You can also decide whether you want a certain amount for your hoard, or if you just want to hoard them indefinitely. If you're hoarding recent commons/very commons, you can usually find them quite often in adoption centers ^.^
I'm not good at advice somebody halp

Well I think you got the most covered c:
The main reason to hoarding is that you really like a pet or item - I suggest you take a look in the archives and maybe start with something recent as they are easier to hoard c":

I was so excited for the Easter event because usually there are dwarf hamsters and I was very very excited to get some new cuties for my hoard aND THEN SWIFTALU GOES "BLAM" AND INTRODUCES SMOL CUPCAKE BBYS
I need at least a thousand of these.

that's a good idea! although i'm think it's not just hold hoards it's more like
getting rid of all hoards except my catahoula's, and pps puppers it's gotten
that bad aha! the other hoard pets could just go in my completed wishlist? xD
