What USB the 99 pet thing anyway? How come I can't participate?

Since this is a celebration of Chicken Smoothie's 9 year history, unfortunately the Pound 99K Special will not be available to members who have only joined this weekend. The Pound will be available to all with its usual rules after 99,999 pets have been given away!

Does anyone know how many pets get refilled into the pound every 15 minutes? Every time I stop by there's around 350 in there.

I love the new pets, and the pound thing is very smart, i have a 700+ free pets group, so i will defiantly donate a bunch, maybe every 15 minutes! XD! if anyone wants some just ask, u can have 3.
