She laughed, "You know you don't have to stay in the water if you don't want to," She shook her thick fur relishing the coolness, "Its just since my fur is so thick it helps drive away the heat of greenleaf." She reached her head over and groomed Dappleclaw's fur. She saw a leaf sticking to his fur and laughed a tiny bit.

"Count yourself lucky, then". Purring warmly, the young tom nudged his nose against her muzzle, his own wrinkling as Sagefoot laughed.

The tom's eyes narrowed suspiciously as he eyed the she-cat in front of him, raised his chin before he finally felt it -- gah, no wonder! He should've known something was on his head!

"Eh-- Sagefoot! G-Get it off!" The tom rubbed a wet paw against his head, his ears dropping back as he finally found his attacker, rubbing it off with a quick hiss.

She laughed, "Ok, ok" she meowed getting the leaves off of him. She jumped back in Surprise as a bug jumped on her nose. "Ah! Get-----this----thing---off of---me!" She yelled, running around until she ran into a tree. "Ow..."

Joltheart frowned. "Im sorry that you dont know how to interact.." She muttered as she watched HAwktalon stare at the elders den. She turned her head to Desertstar as he called the assigned mates. She sighed. "Sorry bout your assigned mate." SHe said quietly.

Fatespaker watched sinetntly. Flamekit looked mad and Articstorm was looking for her. She glanced down at Lilachearts kits. What should i do with them? she thought to her self. She spotted Joltheart. She picked up Lilachearts kits and padded over to her. "Watch them." SHe said quietly and padded away with Flamekit. SHe spotted Articstorm. She padded over and called. "Hi!" She got close enough and sat down. SHe glanced down at the pouting Flamekit. "Say hello Flamekit.." She said quietly.

Her eyes widened. FAllensnow? She glanced at her paws and walked over to him. "Erm.. Hi?" She said shyly. She usually didnt talk to males so it was a bit werid.

Larkfrost was at camp,his midnight-black paws tucked underneath his chest. He gazed around lazily with his ice-blue eyes. The tom's long tail flicked from side-to-side in a calm,laid-back manner.

Ravenstep was outside of camp,laying down in a few bushes. He listened to the sounds of birds chirping,relaxed & at ease alone. He liked the peace it gave him,being alone,since he wasn't the most social of cats.

Dovesplash stretched her long,white front legs. Shaking out her medium-lengthed white fur,she made her way out if the den she had been in & to the camp clearing.

The calico she-cat wandered about the forest,her ears pricked forwards & nose lowered to the ground. She scented the ground for any prey,and was delighted as the rich scent of mouse hit her nose.

He cleared his throat. "Hello, I would assume you are my assigned mate?" He asked, then his attention was drawn to the small kit beside her. He bent down so that he was at eye level with Flamekit. "Nice to meet you too," he said in a slightly calmer, more gentle voice.

She padded over to the dark colored tom named Sootfur and greeted him. "Hi! Nice to meet you," she said, with empty emotion. She attempted to sound happy, even excited but to no avail. She glanced over at Shatteredsoul talking to her assigned mate, and a dreaded feeling(jealousy lol) came over her when she saw them. She didn't know how to describe it, besides that it made her feel bad. She sighed a dark gloom falling over her face as she turned her attention back to Sootfur. After that, there was no pretending, she just wasn't happy.

Fatespaker nodded. FLamekit still didnt reply. "Ummm, he just woke up from a nap so hes a little grouchy." She said trying to sound like it was true. Flamekt was just mad that he now had a father.

The she cat glanced back at Roseblossom. She lookd a bit jealous. SHe sighed to herslef and made a mental note. Tell Roseblossom that I actually dont really care about assigned mates.

He lifted his head back up to face Fatespeaker. "I guess he isn't a morning cat, then?" He said, there was a small smile on his face though, the sight of the next generation of warriors made him happy.

The tom laughs warmly, sitting back in the water now as an amused purr escapes him. "Serves you right for teasing me earlier!".

He blinks, however, hearing Desertstar's mewl from the camp. A clan meeting? They should hurry back, and quick.

"Sagefoot! Did you hear that?"

FAtespaker nodded happily. She wrapped her tail around Flamekit to comfort him. SHe knew the tom wouldnt question her to much about Flamekit because a mother and her kits are very close.She smiled to herlself happy to take Flamekit in.

Joltharts eyes widend. "Errrr.." SHe stared at the tiny kits. SH actually had no interaction with younger cats.. She would talk to her apprentice, but no younger. SHe glanced at Hawktalon. "Here." she said calmly and gave the kits to the brown toom. SHe stood up and padded away before Hawktalon could stop her.
