Write about a time when your Kalon(s) lost something important or someone close to them:
janova was practically running around her dorm and throwing every object trying to find her card
which provides proof that she is a cave tour guider. without it she is basically just another tourist
to the cave place owner's eyes and she did not like the idea of that. she wouldnt be able to explore
freely which makes her even sadder. tears were starting to build up in her eyes as she has been
searching for at least two hours with each second passing giving her more panic. after another half
hour of searching she decided to give up and sat on her bed, face wet from tears and covering her
face with her paws murmuring inaudible sentences escape out of her mouth. not being able to explore
caves freely and not being able to see the curious eyes of the kits during tour times is her worst night
mare and she has just experienced it.

When brook was about ten her father left her mother for another kal. It broke her mother's heart but more so brook because now her father didn't want anything to do with her. Not long after this fiasco brook came home from hurding the cows to find her mother lifeless in her bed. It was extremely tough for a young girl to deal with alone. Brook brought herself to bury her mother under her favorite oak tree. Every day brook lives with working on the farm alone in solitude. Now she has a daughter to help on the farm named Sylvinya but she doesn't speak. In all honesty brook is unsure who sylvinyas dad is as she has no memory of a lover in her life. Brook for most of her life has felt solitude and lonely ness. Along with a quiet depression that no one knows about

Oh. Oh no. No no no. How?? I thought it wasn't that windy! But - no, there it is, drifting away. My favorite blanket. So soft and worn and fuzzy...that thing kept me so comfortable and cozy through so many nights.....but there it is, sinking, sinking, sinking, gone. I guess this'll be a funny story later on but....I brought that from home! How do I explain that to all my friends? "Remember that blanket that I've had forever and that you all gave me? It's swimming with the fishes." Dang it. Well this is great.........guess that means no more swimming for today.

Gracie has spent over a month working on the artwork, only to find her highly realistic painting ruined by an idiotic kalon who stubled past, kicking a pot of water over her best work. The kalon was Cave, Gracie's clumsy childhood friend. Even though it was an accident, Gracie wouldn't accept a 'sorry'. She had put a lot of time and effort into her work and was mad at Cave for a very long time because he had ruined it, more than a months work just waisted, simpily because he couldn't walk sensibly for one silly minute. Gracie felt grest greif, even if it was just a painting, it was very good, passing even her high expectations of herself. She had put all her free time into it and yet it was ruined in a few seconds.

Write about a time when your Kalon(s) lost something important or someone close to them:
Chandra isn't one to have many possessions or important things to her, therefore she rarely loses things, but there was one time she lost her son Hoshi.

Hoshi had convinced his mother to finally go into the city with him, he felt she should get out of the forest for once and enjoy life. Chandra was reluctant but eventually agreed and the two ventured out into the city.
Unsurprisingly it took no time what-so-ever for Chandra and Hoshi to be separated in the crowd. Chandra freaked out, she felt everything around her creeping inwards and crowding her. She lost the ability to think, function and even move. All she could think of was having to attend his funeral, or buy him off kidnappers, she had no idea what to do. She broke down and refused to move from her spot, in the middle of a very busy footpath, as she had no idea where on earth she was.
Luckily it didn't take Hoshi long to run into her again and after almost breaking his back in a bone-crushing hug, Chandra vowed to never leave the forest again, or allow Hoshi to be alone in the terrible city.

There was a time when June could laugh with her. A time when they could laugh at memes and jokes together. But not anymore. Not after that day.

Many things had happened to June in her lifetime. None as hurtful as this. She had noticed leading up to the event that her friend was less and less willing to talk and laugh with her. This saddened her, but she kept her head high. It was okay. She could survive a little less talking.

Eventually, the talking ceased. She kept trying to initiate conversations with her friend, but to no avail. When she finally saw her in person again, she grinned from ear to ear. They barely talked, though, because her friend was busy talking to her new friends. She was hurt. It felt like her heart had sunk into her toes. Every word that flew past her un-acknowledged head was like another knife into her back.

And then she left her behind. Literally. In a huge crowd. June doesn't like big crowds, especially when she doesn't know anyone in them. She started crying. As tears streamed down her face, she began to lose hope that they would ever be friends again. Eventually, she found another person she knew, but the pain stung and ached as if she had been kicked.

She stopped trying to talk to her after that. It wasn't worth wasting her energy on someone who had taken so much from her.

Juno gasped. Where is my video game controller! His friend had come over he other day and they were playing. Maybe he stole it! Argh I hate him Juno said. Juno went to his friend's house and asked for his controller. His friend said no way man I don't have it. Juno said you're lying to me! And tackled his friend. His friend was like naw man I swear I don't have it. Juno went home upset and avoided his friend for a month. Then one day he found it in his couch cushion and was overjoyed and sad because he had been mean to his bestie.

Alice had woken up. It was a Sunday morning and it was about 9:30 in the morning. She decided she would out out to get some breakfast so she got dressed and headed outside. Something was missing. Alice thought on it for a second when she realized her favorite scarf was missing. Alice has a huge collection of scarves for no apparent reason, other than she gets cold easily. She went searching for the scarf and found nothing. The scarf was a pastel purple with little white stars on it and she had wanted it for a long time and finally had saved up and got it. Alice had been looking for about 10 minutes when she realized her cat wasn't where she normally is. She went up to her closet because that's the other place her cat normally hides. Turns out her cat was there, trying to EAT her scarf. She was able to fix it up but she was very mad at her cat.
