Yes, there is
It does not matter if you get gifted the Viscet, win it through a competition or claim a batch etc.
Before you can breed your Viscet, you have to own it for at least 30 days ^-^

Who was your first viscet? How/when did you get them?:
Lemonade from a CYOP & design for the mane competition. Unfortunately, the camouflage design couldn't be done, but I was still picked and he just has a party of a mane. :)

Ahhhhh I don't know I don't at all dislike any event rare trait but I would actually die if I got a tailmouth viscet..

If your viscets were people, which ones do you think you'd get along with the best/worst?:
Trinity, Seven, or Raziel the best probably.
Samael likely the worst.

If your viscets live in a modern setting, have you thought of what their houses are like?:
Oh gosh no not really.

If they live in a pack, have you thought about their ranks?:
None of them really live in a pack, though I plan to have a smol wild pack of three and possibly expand it if there are children. :)

Who's forms took you the longest?:
Trinity because it was a three way partner competition.

What viscet was your luckiest win?
Trinity was a lucky win, and so was Periwinkle, because I really can't control raffles and Perwinkle was an RU from a naming only competent. But I would probably say Kephas.

Are any of your viscets in permanent pairs?:
I'd hope to say that Lemonade has a permanent mate, Vespera. They have two kids together. :)

Are any of your viscet's personalities based on you?:
Mostly all my characters have a bit of me inside, but if they don't they are inspired by someone else. So yeah, kinda.

How often do you check for new viscets?:
Uhhh letsss see... just simply a lot. Switching from regular to nursery to see if there are hatchery growths.

What's your favorite kind of competition?:
Contests with a simple prompt and 1 or 2 free extras to write!

If you could change any of your viscet's biological sex, would you? If so, who?
Nope.

If you could breed any 2 of your viscets regardless of bio sex, what pair would you choose?
None of my viscets really would make a good pair, but Keita and Seven maybe, because Keita's design and Seven's colors would look really cool I bet.

Do you have a character thread/page for your viscets?
No, unfortunately I dont. I will put them on my toyhou.se soon though!

Are there any palettes /colors/color combos/patterns that you're weak to?
Yessss. Mostly greys are great. (Though most my viscets have either pink or green on them, which I never noticed until now.)

If you could add a trait to viscets, what would it be? (It can be anything! Tails, eye traits, specific mane traits, anything you can think of!)
Slug/snail antenna, the split snake tongues, or a rattlesnake like tail maybe?

tactics and ingenuity. Catriona is highly

Consider me a part of the community again! It's been a while and I've had a chance to revamp my Viscets! I think it's in order to reintroduce all my Viscets! It's been quite some time and I think I might open them for tentative friendships. I've reworked a few of my Viscets and their personalities!

Fluxx is very creative, and finds the music of life anywhere he can. Whether it be the beat of raindrops that is never the same, or the steady rhythm of a heartbeat. When he can't find his inner music, he's always seen creating beats on the fly using anything he can get his paws on. He's extremely hyper, almost like a squirrel on caffeine. He never walks, he always bounces and jumps and twirls. Despite being hyperactive and can't ever sit still, he's surprisingly gentle. In the heat of a serious moment, he can stop bouncing and actually settle down, and have feather gentle touches. In situations that require lots of brainpower and smart thinking, Fluxx is the guy to go to! He can come up with several different scenarios of one problem that needs solving. People have called him clever beyond his years, he says you just need an open mind.



Fluxx is extremely messy, and his room is never clean. Papers are the number one offender, and are always scattered around his room. Cans and plates will be included, and maybe you'll find the source of the weird noise under his bed... Fluxx is incredibly stubborn , and will refuse to budge from his standing on a situation, or refuse to move if you tell him to move when he's angry. He's always daydreaming or coming up with some scenario that would never happen. He doesn't like to be limited or held down by things he's told that are impossible. He's quite creative in any way you can think of except art. Digital, traditional, painting, he's horrible at it all. He prefers behind behind his laptop or turntables, making new music and jamming out.

Jasper was my first Viscet, and he's quite the guy. Funny and charming, he knows how to make just about anybody laugh. He's quite the father figure and takes care of lost Visclings before finding them a new home. Fiercely protective of those close to him, he will do anything to keep them safe.

Gabriel lives with his father Neo, and likes to collect and press butterflies. He loves butterflies and their colors, and has many books full of butterflies he has pressed. Most of the butterflies he presses were dying, such as his favorite monarch butterfly he found in a rain gutter after a thunderstorm.
He's a work in progress but I'm fleshing him out more!

Neo is a budding street artist and paints many murals around town. Many of his murals are considered to be an integral part of the community around him. He loves painting, and has taught his son Gabriel how to paint at a young age.

Vali is very smooth and snarky, and met his mate Fluxx when he went to one of his concerts. He has a devil may care attitude and a smart mouth. He and Fluxx have a daughter named Cait together.

we have now moved try outs for Guest Artist to it's own actual thread.
