Tanglepaw yawned, and streached giving his chest fur a few quicklicks. he had dosed off for a moment in the warm sun, but now the dark tabby made his way over to the medicine cat den; his nose wrinkled in disgust mousebile he thought about the task ahead, it was what all apprentices dreded. He had to check the elders for ticks, "Silversong, I need some mousebile for the elders" he said poking his head in the den.

((ok, this is what Tanglepaw (tail) looks like, but his fur isn't nearly that long ))

[Wanderer.]

"Alright, I'll just grab some." Silversong headed into her den and after a few moments returned with a stick with moss soaked in mousebile on the end. "Be careful, if you get any on you go wash your paws in a stream, lick it and you'll hae the taste in your mouth for a moon." She passed the stick to the apprentice. "Good luck." She said with a smile.

"thanks" he grimaced through the stick in his teeth, the scent made bile rise in his throat guess thats why they call it mousebile he thought swallowing his sickness, and making his way over to the elder's den.

[Symphonia]

Tired from her day of hunting, Peppersong lay down beneath the sun. The prey pile was full, and everyone was fed. The rogue cat problem had been sorted out. Maybe our clan can grow, and everything will be peaceful, for once. She thought to herself. But deep down inside, she knew that that wasn't true, and never could be.

Moonleaf padded up to Peppersong and sat with her. "Everything okay?" She asked.

Silversong shook her head after the apprentice. One day they'd find out that checking the elders for ticks wasn't the worst thing in the world. She sighed. She missed the days when she too thought it was. But after seeing her Clanmates slaughtered in front of her, while she was useless, trying to keep the kits quiet and safe. The vision still haunted her and made it impossible to forget her worries. Silversong shook her head, it was in the past now, nothing could be done about it now. She looked around the camp, for now, it was peaceful. I can't lose my clanmates, not again. She suddenly knew what she would do. She looked around for a free warrior.

[Symphonia]

Peppersong stood up, stretching, and saw Silversong looking around. The warrior padded over to her. "Is there anything that I can help you with, Silversong?" She asked the medicine cat. Peppersong would always help out a fellow clan member in need.

Tigerstorm was walking around the camp when he saw Silversong with an expression as if she were looking for something. "Lost something?" He said as he padded up to her.

Moonleaf watched as Peppersong got up and walked away before replying to her. Moonleaf shrugged, and lay down.

Silversong saw Peppersong and Tigerstorm and knew she could ask the warriors. She ran up to meet her. "Peppersong, Tigerstorm could- Would you help me in battle training? I-" She swallowed. "I don't ever want to feel that useless again." She finally meowed, hoping they knew what she meant.

Peppersong nodded eagerly. "Of course! I've been wanting to get some training in!" She meowed with a smile on her face; she knew what Silversong was talking about, and she was just an apprentice when it happened. Her mentor and her parents were killed; she somehow managed to make it out alive. Shaking the thought from her mind, she put on a happy face. "We can go to that nice clearing in the forest!" She suggested.
