It's great to share examples of what pets might go for rather than just giving your opinion & I'm not arguing that the Cheshire has high demand and does tend to go for a lot but just wanted to point out that when sharing examples it's a good idea to mention where possible how recent they are, & when they're auctions it's also a good idea to point out that auctions tend to get more higher offers than a normal trade might (which is why auction results aren't used when placing pets on the rares list). The reason I mention this is one of these examples is from an auction I held in 2014 & I've seen the Cheshire go for both much less & much more in the intervening time

Considering that practically all their items were still rather recent and free, the most I would offer for all those is around 2-3 '14 uncommons.
Not to mention that some of their items can be obtained for free in the C$ store ^^

A 2012 store pet is worth about a mid '09 rare, however it can potentially go for more due to the demand for store pets ^^
So they need to add another late '10 rare
