They're an assassin. Vlatka has the guts to take one's life for profit, but that doesn't mean they show some remorse.
That's right; they sometimes don't actually kill the victim, and only say they do for the money. They aren't completely insane, but they aren't sane either, and will traditionally actually take one's life.

Personality:
Vlatka is one of those people you wouldn't want to meet.
They're manipulant, cruel, and great at disguising it.

History:
Vlatka has never really been taught right from wrong, their parents only being there to make sure they didn't starve. They grew up thinking stealing was ok, manipulation was ok, murder was sometimes ok, and this has led them to the path they took.
