The more recent rares don't really add value when dealing with older rares. ^^ The store dragon is worth about a mid 2o1o rare. They would have to add another mid 2o1o rare for this to be fair to you.

Generally I've found items are worth about a common/uncommon from their release date, depending on how they were released. The witch hats are 2o14 halloween, probably about a common/uncommon worth each or so? 2o15 common/uncommon for those candy event items 2o16 common/uncommon for the dress, and a 2o16 common/uncommon for the dolls. The contacts are 4 C$, about the worth of a 2o14 rare. That mini blue tree is probably worth about a 2o11 uncommon, being from 2o11 Christmas. This also depends on how you value items and how your trading partner values them.
I would say they're overpaying, but again it just depends on how you value these. ^^

The UR Butterfly wolf is worth 3 nons and a purple toxic. Demand is subjective between you and your partner. I'd recommend checking out any auctions in the auction thread to get an idea of what they're currently going for. You can also discuss between your trading partner on how they value the UR butterfly wolf.
Again:

"Do you value the non to be a fair trade for the UR Butterfly knowing that it's unfair?"
If yes, that's demand and you believe it's a fair trade. If no, it's an unfair trade.

Discuss with your trading partner if they believe it's fair as far as that goes. ^^
