I believe on both you are overpaying demand wise because warriors and zodiacs have pretty good demand, probably should get a second opinion though

They are overpaying, Their dog is a 2015 rare and your baby cheetah is 2016, although it is a store pet it should balance out with the 2013 vr as well. Their 2015 vr and 2013 vr is overpaying for your 2016 store pets, I would get a second opinion though
