2. Unfair to you, 2015 store pets are worth about (in my opinion) a 2010/2009 rare, their pets don't add up to that.
3. I'd say about fair, if not overpay (correct me if wrong.) Your side is worth 4 2010 rares (maybe more with demand of deer and PPS.) The 2008 is, in MY opinion, worth 2~3 '10 rares. The 2015 rares probably make it 3. There is a 2011 rare left

The top is off by a 2011 rare then. It's unfair to the store pets

Very unfair to them, your side has no lists as far as I can see. Paying for a main list with off list bulk is impossible.

1: Assuming the Phoenix has equal demand to the Aussie which it shares the tier with, this is very slight underpay on your part or just about fair, as it goes for 4 sorbets, or a non and one sorbet.

2: I honestly have no idea!

3: I think this is about fair or underpay on their side, unless the store pet has pretty good demand. Not really sure what the store pet is worth, but they are asking for a September list two tiers higher than yours and an advent list, tier 7, with the store pet.

Not sure on the third one though so I definitely recommend getting a second opinion!

Non swirl: Tier 22 Main
Gear back: Tier 12 Main
Blue balloon: Tier 6 Main
Target dog: Tier 3 Sept
Green android: Tier 7 Advent

The gap between the non and the Phoenix is 2 tiers a sorbet.
Sorbet: Tier 14 Main
Gap between gearback and sorbet is a top tier sept
