Katin heard Tikaani and answered for them. "Liam, this is Tikaani. Liam is Rita's son. Stephon is her brother."

Dakota looked up,hearing Katin's voice. "Kat?" Her eye's met Phrye's, her expression slightly worried.

His eyes opened slowly, fluttering slightly before opening fully, staring up at the ceiling above him. He sighed contentedly, but then frowned a bit when he didn't feel Dakota beside him. He rolled his head to the side, analyzing the empty white pillow beside him.

Dakota smiled, her black hair messy and tangled. She quietly walked into the kitchen and made some coffee, wondering if Tikaani would want some too. She shook her head, making enough for them both. If he doesn't drink it, I will. She thought, pulling the purple silk robe tighter around her body.
