Kyanos shook his silver pelt and looked around. He caught a scent, and opened his mouth to taste it. A rabbit. He twitched his ear and stood, walking closer to it. He stayed silent until the little brown rabbit was in view

Soft breezes ruffled the multi-colored female's fur. The soft pitter-pat of her paws on the forest floor comforted her ears as she traveled no where in particular. Natural scents would enter her nose every time she inhaled a breath, and it began to become almost monotonous when suddenly, she smelled something quite different that stopped her in her tracks. She could sort out a male wolf's scent among the others, and he was nearby. The excitement of someone new was almost un-bearable. Zura began to trot towards the male, a curious expression upon her face.

Kyanos crouched down, he didn't move a muscle. His silver pelt was bristled as he watched the rabbit. Suddenly, he got a nose full of something new, a she-wolf. He opened his mouth and could smell her heated scent, not too far. She was coming,,He twitched his ear, wondering if her curiosity would cost him this kill

The slim femme perked her ears as the male came into view, she quickly recognized the main stalking position for a wolf hunting small prey. Moving downwind, Zura allow the lone male to resume his hunting. Lowering her frame to the cool earth, Zura watched the male intently, her amber orbs searching his movements. She began to look for the prey he was stalking, soon spying a cotton-tail rabbit in his deadly sights.

Kyanos could not smell the female close anymore, so he resumed position. The rabbit came a few inches closer, which was good enough for Kyanos. He smirked and pounced, running as fast as the rabbit now was. The rabbit ran as fast as its short, small legs would let it as Kyanos followed, deadly close and getting closer

Zura watched as his long and stable legs streaked past in hot pursuit of the little, helpless animal. The female's mouth began to water as she thought of the rabbit that would soon be the prey of a wolf. Perhaps the strange male would be kind and let her have a taste of juicy, plump rabbit? Smiling at the thought, the pretty wolfess's golden optics followed the male in a steady gaze.

Kyanos lengthened his stride and excelled fast, the rabbit tired from the effort and slowed down. This shall be the death of this rabbit, Kyanos pounced on it. As it struggled and kikced, he grabbed the jugular in its neck and tasted its warm blood, giving him a guilty pleasure as its life drained away in his jaws

Kyanos dropped the lifeless rabbit and tore iton it, his teeth and maw stained with blood
